Lam was a great host and very helpful. Location was about a 10 min walk away from everything.

The location is very good to explore Hanoi. The boss and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We just went there to sleep, stayed here 3 nights cos it was cheap and liked location, i didn't have high expectations as only cost approx $75nzd per night 5x people 2x rooms. I think there will be cheaper better options but if not see my pros & cons below and photos before you book. We also saw this property on travel guides AU so thought it would be fun to see what we thought of it too. It was way worse than the show 3yrs earlier. Pros Cheap for 5x travelers Good location easy walk to lake & markets Beds ok Free water and amineties Cons Dirty in places and run down everywhere Tiolets didn't work if they were flushed in 5min successions Black mould on roof in one bedroom Duvet (blanket) was to small for double bed Rotten floor boards everywhere Only 1x aircon remote between 2x rooms Showers only luke warm for first 2x bathers then cold Only 1x safe for two rooms Noisy Not enough bedding to for everyone initially and some pillows dirty but they did sort. Smells of people's cooking coming into room somehow Staff on reciption sleepy and disinterested but will help if you approach Bedroom walls need washing In summary wouldn't book again but surved a purpose.

The staff was very friendly. Laundry service was great. The location is great. I recommend rooms 204 or 304 because they faced the street with a small balcony. Thank you staff I enjoyed my stay

The location of the hotel is good, with it being easy to walk anywhere in the old quarter and beyond. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, being willing to help us call a taxi and advising us where to buy a sim card. The only problem is that the pictures and some information were inaccurate. The room we selected is depicted as having multiple windows which face the outside, when in reality we only had two windows which faced the stairwell and hallway, with no direct sunlight. Lack of sunlight really affects my ability to wake up normally, leading to very groggy mornings. The upside is that it reduces noise. Some of the rooms' descriptions should therefore be edited to remove the "city view" description. An upside is that our bed was a king, not a double as listed. Otherwise, everything was fine. Solid budget hotel if all you want is a big bed to sleep in during the night.

I booked into this hotel for 2 nights as it seemed to tick all the boxes that I was looking for. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. There were lots of things missing from the room, that were supposed to be supplied, kettle, coffee, tea, water, tissues just the small things however, these things make the difference. When I went to go to bed there is a water leak above my bed, which made the bed wet and kept me awake for most of the night. Oh and breakfast was not supplied, he offered me a discount. I did not stay another night chose to stay somewhere else. The Posh Central Hanoi Hotel needs to lift its game if it is to be given a better rating.

Very disappointed The room is spacious, however there is a water leak over my bed. No breakfast, no kettle, no coffee, tea , water or tissues. Loud music come from somewhere next door. Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. Not many restaurants nearby. Stay somewhere else

Khách sạn này nằm n*** trung tâm phố cổ Hà Nội, rất tiện đi mua sắm. Có nhiều hàng quán ăn ngon xung quanh. Phòng rất rộng và sạch sẽ, đặc biệt phòng tắm rộng và có bồn tắm đẹp. Nhân viên ở khách sạn này rất thân thiện và sắn sàng giúp đỡ khách bất kể ngày hay đêm. Cảm ơn rất nhiều!
