Le Parfum Apartment and Hotel

Hace poco estuve en Le Parfum Apartment & Hotel y quería compartir mi experiencia. Si bien hubo algunos desafíos, también tuve aspectos positivos que destacar. Al llegar, encontré dificultades debido a las obras en curso, que impedían que mi taxi pudiera acceder directamente al hotel. Tuve que navegar por callejones para llegar al hotel, lo cual fue bastante agotador considerando mi llegada temprano a las 3 am. Desafortunadamente no pude comunicarme con la recepcionista por teléfono y al llegar encontré el hotel cerrado. Fueron necesarios varios intentos para recibir ayuda. Finalmente pude registrarme, pero la habitación que me asignaron era decepcionantemente pequeña, especialmente el baño. Más tarde descubrí que el hotel había notificado a mi agencia de viajes sobre la construcción, pero no me informaron personalmente. Sin embargo, al día siguiente, el hotel amablemente mejoró mi habitación a un apartamento espacioso de forma gratuita. La habitación superior tenía un amplio espacio, un baño más grande e incluso un práctico zapatero en el exterior. Disfruté muchísimo mi tiempo en esta sala. Un aspecto que restó valor a mi experiencia fue la ubicación del hotel, que estaba aproximadamente a 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Sumado a la construcción en curso y los bloqueos de carreteras, esto creó inconvenientes adicionales. En resumen, mi estancia en Le Parfum Apartment & Hotel tuvo sus altibajos. Si bien los desafíos iniciales y la pequeña habitación fueron decepcionantes, el gesto del hotel al mejorar mi alojamiento fue muy apreciado. El espacioso apartamento y las excelentes comodidades mejoraron mi disfrute general. Sin embargo, la distancia del centro de la ciudad, sumada a las perturbaciones relacionadas con la construcción, fue un inconveniente notable. Espero que estos comentarios proporcionen información valiosa para la mejora continua del hotel. Gracias por su atención a estos asuntos.

Everything is great except the pillows and the toilet. Pillows are very soft and flat. With such a big bed, could actually have 4 pillows instead of 2. The shower and the toilet bowl have no separation in between and hence the toilet seat will get wet when someone showers. There is some construction going on so grab car cannot access directly. However, it is a short walk to the main road so not a big issue. Very quiet place. Lovely stay!

Great hotel for our 10-day stay in Hanoi. Location is near Hoan Kiem central areas, hence plenty of good food and cafes within 5-10mins walk and drive. Customer service is excellent. The room is small but cute and well-furnished. Theres a lil bit of construction near the Heart Hospital and we need to walk 2 mins to main street to get on our Grabcar ride. Despite that we enjoyed the walk, and got support from the staff with our luggages. We will come back one day 🤩

Pretty nice!!!!! Clean and good location

GOOD HOTEL! The main access to the hotel is blocked because of the construction of the road, you need to walk 3-5 min to get to the main street, But the good side is you can have a quiet night! All the facilities seem new and clean , and the staff of front desk can speak fluent English! Only 2 thing can be better: 1 is if you need a very queit room for you sleep , you must have ear plugs , the elevator is just outside the room , you can here the noise from the elevator clearly 2 is the shower space has no curtain or block ,so after the shower , you bathroom will be all wet for a few hours

The taxi followed according to waze-like apps. But could not reach the hotel. Dropped us off around some major construction in the rain. We asked around and were directed along some barricade to a narrow dark alley. The hotel was in dimly lit place. The receptionist spoke excellent English and apologised for our hardship. She said she notified us via *******.. Isn't that moronic, huh Trip.com!!! No wonder the hotel cost was high... If you dun hv room, tells us. Dun try to makan here... To book a cab, had to walk abt 600m thru the dark wet alley and wait infront of another hotel. Might as well book Phoung Hotel where the cab picked us. The staff were great.
