Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. 很喜歡這家民宿，設計很有風格並且乾淨，住這麼多民宿這家是目前感覺最乾淨的。離西湖靈隱寺和財神廟也很近，300米步行2分鐘左右非常方便。房間的裝飾也很用心，提供香薰和焚香很有格調，另外老闆貼心準備是杭州本地特色茶葉：西湖龍井，九曲紅梅和安吉白茶，雖然不懂茶，但是可以喝到當地特點茶葉也是很值得。下雨閑暇在大廳抄抄經很舒服放鬆，無聊樓下還可以打打桌球🎱和遊戲，挺充實。環境和入住體驗都非常贊，用品都是一次性的包括毛巾和浴巾，對於潔癖黨和女生很友好，自帶二份的咖啡☕也很好喝。幫老闆打一波宣傳，很值得入住。

Really recommend this hotel for traveller, the room is clean and very near to look for food and 10 minutes away from the tourism places such the temple, and open for a foreign. The staff are friendly and helpfull to bring my luggage up to my room, i think since they dont have lift. But overall i love this hotel.

La ubicación geográfica es buena, la higiene también puede, las instalaciones son un poco viejas, pero inevitablemente, al fin y al cabo, el precio es tan alto! ¡Bien!

La primera vez que estuvo en el año pasado, el hotel fue un gran estacionamiento al aire libre. Estaba determinado por la habitación de la zona de paisaje del Parque de Pinus, la habitación estaba caliente, el agua de VOSS, el equipo de lavado de LELABO. El servicio es muy bueno, la entrega de frutas y leche bienvenidas, cocinas. El alojamiento de los años anteriores también envió el primer dios rico y la bendición oculta del espíritu. La habitación es muy cómoda, el caballo automático, sin un manto, si el hotel también puede ofrecer un mejor salón. La mitad de la comida de autobús es una comida única, más rica y no es fácil de desperdiciar. Ir a la cola de Durham en el aire libre por doce minutos. Hay varios restaurantes en la fila alrededor de unos minutos. Hoteles pequeños y delicados, aunque durante años, no son buenos en general. También volverá a vivir como el máximo.

不得不誇一下這家西湖酒店！酒店的設計獨具匠心，融合了古典與現代的美感。走進房間，乾淨整潔的環境讓人倍感舒適，豪華的設施盡顯品質。早餐豐富多樣，美味可口，令人回味無窮。酒店舒適的環境，讓我在閑暇之餘也能享受到樂趣。酒店的位置絕佳，緊鄰西湖，可以盡情欣賞湖光山色。房間佈局合理，服務人員態度親切，服務細緻入微，讓人感受到賓至如歸的温暖。在這裏住宿，真是一種享受。總之，這次在西湖酒店的住宿體驗堪稱完美，絕對值得五星好評！

El ambiente del hotel es realmente muy bueno y también está muy cerca de West Lake Su Causeway y Prince's Bay Park. El servicio de recepcionista también fue genial. La habitación fue mejorada cuando me registré, pero la alfombra de la habitación real estaba muy sucia. No parece muy cómodo. Espero que se pueda mejorar en el futuro. En segundo lugar, el desayuno es relativamente normal y los niños pagan extra🤣. Después de alojarme en tantos hoteles, esta es la primera vez que me cobran más. Así que espero que también se pueda ajustar el contenido del desayuno.

Estuve aquí hace unos años (me invitaron a dar una conferencia para una empresa) y el alojamiento fue en un edificio pequeño. También comí en Ziwei Hall N veces. Esta vez elegiré el Edificio 8 (que tiene espacio). y abordar todo en uno)! La sensación general es que el ambiente es excelente, pero todavía es un poco incómodo entrar y salir (en comparación con los turistas, la salud y las instalaciones están en un estado satisfactorio (no se puede decir que esté muy satisfecho, siempre hay problemas); con baños interiores y purificadores, pero afortunadamente puedo hacerlo yo mismo) ); en cuanto al servicio, es demasiado ”diligente” recoger los platos y cubiertos para el desayuno (¡en realidad! si los invitados tienen una postura para comer cuchillos y tenedores).
