Hammamet Regency

everything is clean and tidy. the service is great, the food even better. The pool is clean and relatively warm and the beach is only a minute away walking, which is great. the spa center is also full of services, including a sauna, water massage and an indoor pool. along with the evening drinks, the waiters served us with peanuts. at the reception you can even change euros into Tunisian dinars, which speeded up the process of buying anything. next to the hotel courtyard there is also a small shop where you can buy various souvenirs and other things. all in all nice and appropriate. You have the best waiters, they are very friendly and kind. Room was a little bit dirty, but hotel has perfect location and room view. Food was great. The hotel has good content. The beach should be arranged a little more. Overall beautiful experience.

The hotel is beautiful and you will have a wonderful vacation there. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The food is delicious. We recommend staying in this hotel. Pure hedonism! We will come back again :-).

My Sister booked this for three of us to stay this January 2024 as a gateway for her birthday. The place was beautiful, with tropical theme court yard and nice outdoor surroundings . The outdoors will be a nature lover's paradise. The resort opens directly to the beach with nice clear blue waters. The rooms are spacious and there was more than enough space for 3 girls who had packed for a 5 night holiday as if we were going to be away for weeks. Polite, friendly and helpful staff, from the reception staffs to the restaurant, kitchen and bar staffs. We used the spa as well and the trea**ents packages are very affordable. You are given the option to do all your choosing trea**ents in one day or to spread it out over 2 or 3 days to maximise the benefits. It was a nice place to just rest for us and there are many areas to chill and just take in the sun. It was on the quiet side because it is not holiday season and this was good for me because I just needed to rest eventhough I managed to do some work two out of five days. Visiting in January is not the time for people who want to have the full holiday experience. My advice will be to visit between March and September when it is busier. One thing I would say is that the restaurant could do with a new coffee and hot water machine because the coffee was warm, not hot. But please note that the temperature was 11 to 14 degrees. I don't know if people will birher about hit water or coffee when the temperature is 30 degrees and over. I would really like to visit again during the holiday season , and I may see what their other resort, the African Queen Hotel, is like.

We had to leave after 2 nights of our 6 night stay in Tunisia and rebook another hotel the very same day it was this bad. As female travellers we didn’t feel safe. Please do not book this hotel. We have complained to our travel agents. There were extremely limited food and drinks options, super loud music at night, major lack in facilities. Generally needs more TLC and care- everything was a bit run down. Would give this review 0/5 if I could, apart from a few staff working at the hotel, the waiting staff who were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely week staying here. Hotel was quiet which we loved apart from Saturday night. The Staff could have not done more for us. So kind and helpful always willing to help. Some rooms can do with upgrading as not sane as some photos. Lovely sea view from the room. Thanks to the staff for being great and looking after us. Louise and Rob x uk

Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before moving to another hotel at our own cost for the remaining 5 days. We did not feel safe at all, was not “all inclusive”. It was dirty. We were locked in our room with no way of getting out as the handle broke. We had to shout to a neighbour to get help. Food was terrible. There was a guy carrying a dead chicken round the pool. The whole place was run down and dirty. When we checked out early and informed the staff why, they wanted us to sign something to say it wasn’t the hotels fault. Do not stay here, you’ll regret it.

My friend and I stayed at the Hammamet Regency Hotel, Hammamet , Tunisia in October of this year. This spacious hotel is located on the Mediterranean Sea. The staff was welcoming, helpful and always available to answer all questions and meet our needs. I highly recommend this bit of paradise if you journey to Tunisia, Africa. Carole J. Schaub New York

Nice stay. Friendly service and staff. For 2 dinars tip they look after you like a king. Firs line to the beach is comfortable and the romantic path to it is very beautiful There some things can be improved: cleaning is not excellent, but on a middle level, the food is very delicious but not various enough. The environment is a little bit aged. These deficiencies didn't spoil our stay and mood. The DJ and his colleagues are so friendly. It was a pleasure to speak with them in interesting topics. Some of the housemaids are very diligent. The overall stay I very good. The small deficiencies were compensated by the friendly staff.
