Чудесное место для отдыха 🫶 проживали 2 семьями с 25 до 30 декабря в самой маленькой вилле, все это время с нами были замечательные Стив и Мухамед. Стив возил нас по всему острову куда бы мы не захотели и забирал нас из любого места, спасибо тебе Стив🙏Мухамед так же позаботился о том, чтобы наш отдых был беззаботным, помогал организовать стирку, организовал нам экскурсию на море🙏виллу убирают каждый день, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи ( мы не готовили тк на сайри много вкусных кафе). Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха, очень атмосферно и уютно, в окружении джунглей ❤️

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, pero el problema principal de este hotel es que la mayoría de las habitaciones, a excepción de las que dan a la playa, que están en renovación, no están en absoluto aisladas. Desde la habitación y la minipiscina se puede ver al personal, los clientes, los perros, los gatos, etc. pasar por allí. Lamentablemente, no hay una verdadera playa frente al mar. La puesta de sol es hermosa. Definitivamente, no vale la pena el precio. Creo que hay mejor relación calidad-precio en Koh Phangan. También fui al spa ”l'Occitane” y creo que es una broma. La habitación es pequeña y solo venden algunos productos de Occitane. Eso fue sorprendente...

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing! The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent. Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

La ubicación es excelente, grandes complejos turísticos, estoy enamorado de la piscina con cafetería (detrás del lago) y su ducha al aire libre + comodidades. Disfruto de mis baños matutinos, mi sesión de pintura, mi café y mis libros por la tarde. Sólo que esta vez, fueron sentimientos y experiencias un poco diferentes. La mayoría siguen siendo geniales, pero hay confusión entre la habitación reservada y la habitación en sí (creo que el sitio web debe actualizarse y tener detalles más claros) y un incidente menor en el que tengo que pagar 1 noche adicional solo porque la recepción no recordó que he Pagué, lo cual en parte es culpa mía por no solicitar el recibo o la prueba de pago. Además, Bans solía tener un gran miembro del equipo en servicio, pero desafortunadamente, esta vez me encontré con algunos que son bastante fríos e impacientes. triste 😢 y lo último que el piso de mi habitación estaba arenoso, lo que significa que la limpieza de la habitación no es tan impecable. Con suerte, la próxima vez que regrese a ”casa”, este sentimiento fue de indiferencia y las prohibiciones seguirán siendo mis favoritas.

Hotel increíble, excelente ubicación en Sharks Bay. La escuela de buceo fue excelente, las instalaciones excelentes, el personal muy atento. Snorkel fantástico.

Sinceramente, el mejor hostal de Koh Tao. El personal es fantástico, hay mucho espacio para pasar el rato y aparcamiento. Las habitaciones están impecables. Me encantó el viaje. No recomendaría ningún otro hostal en la isla. Me alojé en otro antes y me costó mucho más por mucho menos. También tienen un bar con buenos precios.

Reservamos una habitación doble e incluso nos dieron nuestro propio pequeño apartamento con una nevera grande, microondas, hervidor de agua y vajilla. El hotel estaba limpio y el servicio de limpieza era diario. La ubicación es excelente: cerca de la calle principal con restaurantes, tiendas y bares, pero en una calle lateral, así que no se oye nada de ruido. La playa está a 10 minutos a pie y el 7-Eleven más cercano está a solo 5 minutos. El personal es muy amable y nos ayudó a organizar los traslados. En resumen, un hotel muy bueno y muy recomendable.

Это был замечательный отдых! Невероятно красивый остров, чистейшее море с песком, великолепный вид. Отель находится непосредственно у пляжа, от номера до воды минута! На пляже есть возможность заказать по меню и записать на номер, что очень удобно. Чудесные завтраки, все с тем же видом. Но отдельное слово хочу сказать про персонал и выделить чудесную Mild.она заботилась о нас весь отпуск. При экстренной проблеме со здоровьем у ребенка, оперативно помогла с клиникой и трансфером. Невероятно внимательная и заботливая. Спасибо! В целом, впечатления от этого места волшебные. Было очень спокойно, что редко бывает в суетливом Тайланде. А здесь райский уголок- нет лишних людей, их просто мало, нет торговцев на пляже, о тебе заботятся ❤️ При этом и с развлечениями все в порядке. На улице рядом есть и рестораны и бары и массажные салоны. В самом отеле вечерами музыканты или другие артисты. Есть бесплатные каяки и сапы 10 из 10

The owner from Manchester are such lovely people. They offer daily trips for their guests so nobody will feel lonely while staying at this place. The employees are always friendly and it is really different than other places. You feel like coming home. The vibes are amazing ! I don’t really care about internet connections, because I remember Phangan when there was no 24/7 stores and nobody had mobile phones and there was no internet available. A warm welcome place to connect to other people easily. And again: the vibes are really amazing !!! Both thumbs up. P.S.: I don’t recommend the dorm room, but for students and young people who don’t have big budgets it is cool that this way of accommodation still exist.

Pros: - Authentic rooms! Massive bath and some rooms even have outdoor shower! - nice reception service - special thanks to Yok for the help and service ! - nice pool, gym, dry sauna and stream room Cons: - quite far a way from the city and places with action. even on a motorbike it's quite a ride. - house keeping service should be improved - if you are in a delux room area, the house keeping team is camping there half a day, which kills the privacy and quiet environment. i think the resort can easily improve this I think this would be good for couples and maybe families for a few days. Just remember this area is not very walkable, so you'll need to order a car everywhere or rent a motorbike.
