The hotel is quite clean, and the location is especially convenient, with the SM Mall right downstairs. Although there's no bathtub, the decoration is new, and they also gave a cute little cow plush toy. Overall, it was a hassle-free stay.

I enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. The Sheraton Club was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The room were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We also celebrated our 8th anniversary during our stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel made to make the occasion extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. A special mention to the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service and hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience. Thank you, Sheraton Manila Hotel, for a fantastic stay. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back! ❤️✨

Es un hotel de clase alta, por lo que básicamente no hay nada que decir al respecto. Incluso cuando tuve que salir temprano en la mañana, me prepararon el desayuno a través del servicio de habitaciones. Si es así, incluso si llamas al servicio de atención al cliente desde tu habitación, no obtendrás respuesta. Intenté hacer reservas en un restaurante para cenar desde mi habitación, pero el problema fue que nadie contestaba el teléfono. Sé que estás ocupado, pero estoy un poco decepcionado. Parece que no saben de qué habitación provienen la recepción o las llamadas de servicio al cliente, así que pensé que deberían introducir ese sistema. Pero todo el personal fue amable y agradable.

No cable tv, no cutlery, no toothbrush & breakfast wasn't included. To be honest, I was disappointed and now wish I had booked the Conrad 😭

Mi excelente estancia en We Vibe Condo Nuestra estancia en We Vibe Condo fue absolutamente perfecta. Desde el momento en que entramos, nos impresionó lo limpio, acogedor y cómodo que era el lugar; realmente nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación era inmejorable; estar tan cerca del aeropuerto hizo que nuestros planes de viaje fueran completamente libres de estrés. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo que la estancia fuera excepcional fue el anfitrión, quien fue increíblemente atento y servicial, respondiendo rápidamente a todas mis preguntas y asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. Recomendamos encarecidamente este condominio a cualquier viajero y esperamos volver a alojarnos aquí.

Not sure how it's got so many good reviews, maybe most of the reviewers have never really travelled before. This place is very money orientated, its not cheap for what you get. We checked in 12:30pm and was told they would waive the early check-in fee which was good however not in 40 years of travel have I ever been charged if the room was available and it wasnt 7am. Different story on check out day I only wanted to use the pool showers to freshen up as we had a late flight and was told Id have to pay 3000 pesos for a late checkout until 6pm. Again everywhere I've stayed in the past would let me sit by the pool and hang out at the hotel after checkout till my flight. The rooms were poor with no duvet, just the very unhygienic wrap some sheets around a common blanket method. Some of the power points and usbs didn't work. Mini bar was empty. There wasn't enough space for two suitcases. The room service was western prices, the free water wasnt really enough to wash your teeth and a coffee. The doors were extremely noisy closing and ours had a big gap underneath and down the side letting noise and light in. The corridors were also very noisy. The road noise was very loud too. The pool was very old and tired, you wouldn't want to sit up there anyway as the disco music was so very loud it just want nice ambience. The location is good but it stinks so bad next to Manila bay. Budget Wyndham or not it doesn't match the price tag.

El propietario que se alojaba allí también era una persona muy amable y me ayudó con muchas cosas. El personal del vestíbulo también respondió rápidamente y tuve una estancia cómoda por una noche. Me gustaría volver a Filipinas y quedarme allí por más tiempo.

Decent and nice place . Complete utensils for cooking and comfortable bed . We have an excellent stay and love to stay here again in the future .
