Heavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy agradable y la plaza superior tiene su propio nivel conectado al edificio médico de Nueva Ciudad, así que los centros médicos son fáciles y seguros de acceder a los huéspedes. La piscina y el spa están bien mantenidos y hay un hermoso jardín en la zona. En la distancia de caminar hay un mercado y un ****** y pequeñas tiendas. Taxis son fáciles de encontrar si necesitas. Las habitaciones son excepcionalmente limpias con ropa cómoda y atención a detalles como la iluminación y la temperatura. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Esta es, sin duda, la mejor experiencia que he tenido en este hotel. El señor que nos recibió después de la medianoche fue genial. Los chicos del desayuno son súper amables y serviciales. Patricio es una persona excelente y muy servicial. Esta vez fue una estancia de lujo. Muchas gracias a todos. Mi familia estaba contenta.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a very safe and upscale part of Tijuana. You are a five minute walk to shopping at Plaza Rio, and a 10 minute walk to the Tijuana cultural center. Revolution street is about a 15 minute walk. Uber is now in Tijuana so transportation is easy and safe too.

Tuve una estadía increíble en este hotel durante un festival de música. Definitivamente disfruté del desayuno buffet y estaba atendido por gente increíble y amable que hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera estupenda. Celia hizo un trabajo increíble sirviendo nuestra mesa y siendo muy atenta a las necesidades de nuestros grupos. Definitivamente recomendaré este lugar en el futuro.

Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

Good: El hotel está cerrado y seguro debido a su parking aparcado distanciando el hotel del acceso público. El hotel dispone de un restaurante en el sitio con excelentes bistecs de Rib Eye por $20. La mayoría de los empleados hablan un nivel de inglés y permiten a los huéspedes. Su ubicación es lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a los lugares de la noche, pero lo suficientemente lejos como para conseguir un buen descanso nocturno. BAD: la cama no es la más grande y las linen no cubren toda la matriz. UGLY: El gimnasio está insatisfactorio. Todo está roto. El techo de la canvas está en mal estado, ya que parece que pronto se colapsa de la colección de aguas pluviales. Los epísmos de pisos siempre son sucios y las paredes entre las habitaciones son finas. Los precios aumentan durante la semana y la propiedad en general parece deteriorarse.
