The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

The NH Hotel was amazing. Very clean, everything seems to be new. Hotel is also close to city center. Service was excellent. It was my weekend birthday trip and I got surprise in my room - sparkling wine and snacks. I recommend this hotel!

El hotel está justo en el muelle. Hay varias personas negras charlando contigo en el aparcamiento, obligándote a darles cosas y luego pidiéndote dinero. El hotel está bien ubicado, pero las instalaciones son antiguas y la relación calidad-precio no es muy buena.

El hotel es conveniente para llegar a alta velocidad, hay un gran supermercado abajo. Si no hay desayuno reservado, puede ir al supermercado para comprar deliciosos tortas italianas. El entorno es general, es un área residencial, nuestra habitación está en la calle trasera, por lo que no es bueno. El servicio de la recepción es muy bueno. El hotel tiene su propio estacionamiento y requiere una tarifa.

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in the last 10 years. Always love the staff service. The restaurant is also excellent for its attentive staff and lovely genovese food. Breakfast is also excellent. Although I hope an upgrade will come soon, the rooms are clean but tired.

Parar por la segunda vez. El hotel ha sido un poco renovado pero, desgraciadamente, no ha sido actualizado el principal sistema de ventilación. Ruido, bien no funciona o bien funciona muy mal, hay un aseo visible. Hay un deseo de poner una unidad en absoluto. Pero, el personal es muy agradable, el desayuno es bueno, en general limpio, y la ubicación es en general hermosa, por lo que escribo una revisión como está y las evaluaciones han sido objetivamente.

El hotel es un hotel muy pequeño en el corazón de la marina de Genova. Terrasas fantásticas con vistas extraordinarias a los barcos

Este hotel vacacional en Génova es realmente atractivo. La habitación presenta un diseño moderno. Las sencillas y elegantes pinturas al óleo y murales en las paredes, combinadas con exquisitas lámparas colgantes, confieren al espacio una concepción artística plena, como si viviera en un espacio estético donde el arte y la modernidad se fusionan. Como referente de servicios estandarizados, desde la recepción hasta el servicio de habitaciones, cada detalle demuestra profesionalidad y atención, y la higiene es impecable, lo que le da una experiencia de alojamiento excepcional. El desayuno es aún más abundante y variado, satisfaciendo todos los gustos. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y el transporte es muy cómodo. El único inconveniente es que el aparcamiento es un poco tortuoso, pero la experiencia en general es perfecta. ¡Sin duda, lo elegiré la próxima vez que venga a Génova!
