Este hotel es increíble, el personal es muy atento, no tengo ninguna queja, las habitaciones son preciosas y están impecables. ¡Lo recomiendo al 100%!

La habitación está bien, los productos de cama están cómodos, la piscina está cálida, pero muy pequeña, el desayuno es un menú, el sabor y la comida son buenos, hay una pequeña diferencia cada día. Hay servicio de cama nocturna, se enviarán distintos regalos antes de dormir cada día, el paisaje también es muy bonito, justo en el vulcano. La única insuficiencia es que se debe cobrar el equipaje. Además, se debe ir muy lejos del estacionamiento al hotel. Todos los días, se descansa sobre el coche y se descansa.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo al lado de la terminal de autobuses. Es muy conveniente para comer, comprar y disfrutar del paisaje. El personal del hotel es muy entusiasta. Proporcionan agua helada y toallas heladas al ingresar a la tienda y presentan las diversas instalaciones del hotel en detalle. Las habitaciones están limpias, ordenadas y son cómodas, y el desayuno es rico.

Asigurarse de que vaya. Muy bien mantenido y muy recomendado El sol es ecstatico. No lamento el primer alojamiento en Santorini.

The staff were extremely attentive, from arrival, they were always available to assist. The standard room was quite cramped, but the facilities on the premises were great! The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, high quality and quantity of food. The gym was adequate, enough equipment to keep fit, with someone to help if you needed instruction. The room service was average, they were always willing to clean but when they did clean it wasn't the best job done. The location in Messaria is quite convenient, although the hotel could help arrange taxis but they failed to suggest using the bus which is just down the road. It works out to much cheaper and goes to all the key locations on the island. I would definitely recommend this hotel when going to Santorini, just be smart about it.

Este es un hotel que abrió sus puertas hace poco tiempo. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas. La cama es muy grande y es muy cómoda para dormir. El aire acondicionado y el purificador de aire son muy potentes. El baño es relativamente grande. El agua está limpia y no tiene olor. ¡El agua caliente llega rápido! ^ ^ ¡Puedes contactar con el hotel con antelación para organizar el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto! La ubicación también es muy buena, a unos quince minutos a pie de la famosa tienda de imanes para refrigeradores de Internet y a ocho minutos a pie de la estación de Fira. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos pasó a una habitación con vista al amanecer de forma gratuita. El hotel está muy limpio y la piscina se limpia todos los días. Es que hace mucho frío y no podemos meternos al agua, ¡pero aún podemos ducharnos! ! ! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

El personal del hotel es muy amable y educado. Hay un pequeño sendero que lleva a Oia desde el hotel, que está a unos 10 minutos a pie. El único inconveniente es que si acabas de bajar del avión con mucho equipaje y decides tomar el autobús público local hasta el hotel, te resultará incómodo, ya que tendrás que subir una larga cuesta o subir escaleras junto a la carretera después de bajar del autobús.

El hotel de Nikki Beach Hotel y Resort nos ofrece una nueva ubicación en la zona de la ciudad de Nikki Beach. El diseño de la piscina y la iluminación es espectacular, las vistas de la habitación son grandes. Palabra de precaución, si no le gusta la música de la fiesta alta 11:30 a las 7:00. No reserve una habitación cerca de la piscina principal. Las pequeñas piscinas en las habitaciones necesitan más plantaciones y decoración para hacerlas más intimas. Stayed for 3 nights. Views of the sea from the hotel was great. The next best thing was the awesome and cheerful service staff Ms Vasiliki Samara who was superb in her duties attending to our needs and requests at the reception counter and at breakfast. This has resulted in a first-ever review of hotel stay by this guest.
