Beautiful, clean, friendly hotel which was perfect for our stay. I used this as a base for the Generali Prague Half Marathon 2026. Ideal location away from tourist traps. More authentic foodies and attractions close by. Down the road is the river and the dancing building. The number 17 tram is very handy to commute up and down the city. Very helpful staff with tasty treats. Food is excellent. Give the breakfast buffet a go! Dinner next door is fantastic. Complimentary drinks including coffee, beer and prosecco. The best member of staff, Olga, is a bunden of joy, kindness and very helpful. Keep an eye out for her. She is a star. Highly recommended spot to stay. Great value for money and the room is superb.

No es un hotel. Es un edificio con apartamentos y una pequeña recepción. No esperes el servicio habitual de un hotel de 5 estrellas, tal y como se presentan. El check-out es a las 11:00, pedimos un poco más de tiempo en la habitación y nos cobraron un suplemento. Es un edificio bonito, con apartamentos cómodos, pero gestionado como un edificio de apartamentos de 3 estrellas. No tiene instalaciones, ni spa, ni bebida de bienvenida, nada de lo que esperas de un establecimiento de 5 estrellas. Alguien te da una llave y te despide. Están muy, muy ocupados todo el tiempo. La próxima vez elegiré otro establecimiento.

Excelente ubicación si viajas al O2 Arena para un concierto. Está justo enfrente del estadio y hay acceso prioritario disponible si lo solicitas. Me sentí muy cómodo. Lo primero que noté fue el maravilloso olor en el pasillo que conducía a mi habitación. La habitación era tranquila, espaciosa y muy agradable, con una cama grande y súper cómoda, y un baño amplio con una ducha grande. El desayuno buffet ofrece todo lo que puedas desear. Hay una estación de carga para coches eléctricos junto a la entrada principal y también hay un aparcamiento subterráneo. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Un hotel realmente estupendo; sin duda volveré.

La ubicación del Hotel Royal Prague es realmente excelente: en el barrio de Karlín, justo al lado de la estación de metro (Křižíkova, línea B), a tan solo 10-15 minutos en metro del casco antiguo. Supermercados, numerosos restaurantes, bares y cafeterías están a la vuelta de la esquina. El hotel es moderno y limpio, y nuestras habitaciones eran amplias, tranquilas y bien equipadas (buen colchón, aire acondicionado en funcionamiento, cafetera Nespresso). El personal fue amable y atento. Sin embargo, el comedor es el mayor inconveniente: la selección es muy buena (una gran variedad, platos calientes, panecillos recién hechos, platos de huevo, yogur, fruta, etc.), pero el espacio es claramente demasiado pequeño para el tamaño del hotel. Estaba abarrotado todas las mañanas durante nuestra estancia, ¡sobre todo entre las 8:00 y las 9:30!

Este es un buen hotel de 4,5 a 5 estrellas, pero con una ubicación pésima. Afortunadamente, está en la línea principal de tren, así que no afecta al turismo que tenía planeado una vez en el tren. Sin embargo, el tren para a medianoche, así que hay que caminar mucho para volver desde el casco antiguo. El personal parecía bastante servicial, pero la gestión del hotel fue algo incompetente, ya que muchas de las cosas que solicité, como la salida tardía, fueron aprobadas por recepción, pero no por el personal de limpieza, así que me despertaron mucho antes de lo que quería. Si volviera a Praga, probablemente no me alojaría aquí y optaría por algo mucho más cerca del casco antiguo o incluso dentro del mismo, ya que es mucho más romántico. Es una buena alternativa para negocios o para alguien que no quiera estar en el bullicio de Praga.

El hotel en general es muy bueno. El desayuno es muy recomendable. ! ! El chico de la recepción también estaba muy entusiasmado e incluso me regaló una botella de vino durante la Navidad. ¡Valió la pena quedarse!

¡Este hotel es fantástico! Quedé muy satisfecho con el desayuno buffet y la cena (¡a precios razonables!). ¡Los platos de pescado también estaban deliciosos! ¡Muy recomendable! Además, está muy cerca del metro/tren, lo cual disfruté mucho ;)

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review Title: Mishandled Room Request and Refund Refused We booked 4 nights at Occidental Praha Five but checked out one night early due to repeated service failures — despite this, we tried to be reasonable, as we are just travelers trying to enjoy our trip, not cause trouble. Our clear request for two single beds was ignored. We were given a queen bed, then moved — again to a queen. A blanket was handed to us so we could “make do.” The next day, nothing was fixed. After calling reception and waiting 40 minutes, a non-English-speaking cleaner came, confused, and simply threw another blanket on the bed. That was it. Only after Trip.com intervened did the hotel send us a fruit plate and a bottle of wine — which we did not drink and in fact returned to the reception, because we weren’t looking for superficial gestures — we just wanted the room we booked. We checked out on Sunday and requested a refund for the unused fourth night. We were told it needed approval from higher management. On Monday, we were shocked to hear the refund was refused, based on the false claim that we never checked out — despite having paid the tourism tax and received an invoice. We were also wrongly accused of drinking minibar water, which we clearly explained was untouched. This refund is for a night we did not use, and under basic consumer rights, we are entitled to it. The hotel’s disorganization and refusal to take responsibility made a simple issue unnecessarily stressful. I do not recommend this hotel.

La habitación era estupenda, muy limpia y nueva, y el personal de recepción también fue muy amable. Me mostraron los diferentes tipos de habitación con mucha paciencia, pero no sé cómo nos asignaron los tipos. Reservé la habitación business más cara, pero tenían varias habitaciones con mejores vistas en la planta superior. No sé por qué no nos registraron. También me di cuenta de que las luces de la habitación nunca se encendían por la noche. No sé a qué se referían con que preferían dejar la habitación vacía en lugar de dejarnos quedarnos. Pero la habitación que me dieron era realmente grande y limpia.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for five days. We arrived early due to an early flight and were warmly welcomed by Veronica at the front desk. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly! to our surprise, she let us know that our room was already ready, hours before the official check-in time. This was a huge help and really appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to be wonderful - Oxana assisted us when we needed an extra blanket and additional toiletries, and she was just as pleasant and helpful. On our last day, Wella helped us quickly arrange a cab to the train station at a very good price. She made the process fast and easy, which took a lot of stress off our departure. The hotel’s location is also great — close to public transportation and a nice shopping area. Breakfast was very good as well, with a nice variety, tasty options, and a reasonable price. The only small shortcoming was the lighting in the room - there was no ceiling light, only bedside lamps and a standing lamp. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth mentioning. Overall, we had a great stay with wonderful staff, a convenient location, and a good breakfast. Highly recommended!
