This property requires major renovation. The property is old, and the room need major cleaning. Need better lighting (room was too dark). Also, the room had funny order (more like very bad body order), but the staff attempt to cover it up with some sent. However, it did not work. The table had stain and when I wiped it with a wet towel, it was ketchup. The couch had stains and I could not tell what it was (food or some sort of drink). Bathroom counter had stains which I could not tell. Over this property did not live up to Ramada brand standards.

Stayed one night at this hotel. Very nice location at the gwangju city Center. Convenient for food and shopping. Room is not huge but all the space is well design. Toilet is clean as well.

전체적으로 노후되었으며 먼지가 많고 직원들은 친절하지 않습니다. 마주쳤던 모든 직원들은 기계적이고 무표정이기에 어떠한 요청을 하기 꺼려집니다. 재방문은 하지 않을거같습니다.

무엇보다도 위치 접근성이 좋습니다. 근처 식당과 카페가 많아 이용하기 좋았습니다. 객실도 넓은편이라 만족합니다.

오래되었지만 한때 광주 최고의 호텔의 품격을 아직도 가지고 있는 괜찮은 호텔 입니다. 3명이서 간 가족여행인데 발레파킹까지 해주셔서 감동이었습니다. 호텔비 안에 조식이 포함되있지 않은것도 조식에 대한 일종의 자신감이겠죠. 2박중 하루는 늦잠 자느라 안 먹고 하루만 먹었는데 만족할만한 수준입니다.
9층 스위트에 묵었는데 복도에서 향기도 나고 뷰는 시티뷰이지만 잘 쉬었다 갑니다.

패밀리 트윈룸에 묵었어요. 방도 넓고 욕실도 크고, 다리미가 필요하다고 하니 금방 가져다주시고, 수건도 넉넉하고 다 좋았는데..다만 욕실 샤워기와 변기의 수압이 조금 낮은편이고, 헤어드라이기가 약했어요. 프런트 직원분들은 과한 느낌 하나없이 딱 필요한 만큼 친절했습니다. 가성비 호텔로 굿!!!
