Congham Hall Hotel & Spa

This hotel is so special. Absolutely exemplary staff, nothing is too much for them. Very nice spa facilities-clean and efficient- and, as for the food and drink….wonderful. Lovely location within easy reach of Sandringham and the coast yet the hotel and its grounds are so peaceful. We will return!

My husband and I have just returned home from the most amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous. We used the spa and the facilities are great. It was so relaxing. Our room was stunning, and we can’t thank all the staff enough for looking after us so well. We will definitely be again in the future. Thank you 😊

We have been a few times now and every time is just lovely. Very relaxing with amazing quality food and friendly staff. We tend to have the Sunday relaxation package which means a cream tea on arrival, a glass of fizz before dinner, a three course meal and breakfast delivered to the room. Also includes access to pool and spa area. Food is amazing and you are not rushed during your meal, the breakfast is equally delicious with the poached egg perfectly cooked. The spa is amazing with a steam room, two saunas and a lovely outdoor hot tub. Fully relaxed by the end of the stay

My partner and I stayed on the Sunday package and loved every second! The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, the food was incredible, the spa was clean, quiet and relaxing and the rooms throughout the hotel beautiful. We are already planning when we can come again. Thank you so much ☺️

I visited Congham Hall with a friend a few weeks back. We took advantage of the hotels Sunday offer which included accommodation in a Good House Room, scones and tea on arrival, use of the Spa, a glass of fizz each before dinner & a 3 course evening meal. Check in is from 3pm, but I contacted the hotel prior to arrival and they advised that we could use the Spa from midday. The Spa has a good size pool, Steam room, Sauna etc and a very nice outdoor hot tub. We didn't have any treatments, but thoroughly enjoyed the pool and tub. We were pleasantly surprised that our Good House Room was very spacious and was very nicely decorated. Very comfy beds. Lovely toiletries provided. Fresh Milk and a fridge. Very nice indeed. Our evening meal was very good. Great choice, particularly for myself. I am a Vegetarian and the hotel has a separate full Vegetarian Menu (with Vegan options too) in addition to the A La Carte. We had an excellent nights sleep. The hotel was lovely and quiet at night. All the staff we encountered were so friendly, attentive and efficient. We will definitely return.

Went for afternoon tea. Surroundings very pleasant. The service was very disappointing not asked if we needed anything and had to attract staff attention not once did anyone come to the table to check or engage with us. On leaving reception staff were too busy chatting to each other to say thank you or goodbye. Very disappointing way to celebrate my birthday.

Our first visit to this beautiful property. We came for Sunday lunch & the staff were very polite & attentive. We only had 2 courses, main & dessert. We all choose the Roast beef, which was served just as we like it nice & pink with lots of vegetables. The only disappointment was the gravy, it had no body to it. It was like coloured water on the plate, which was such a shame. If it had just been thickened slightly it would have made all the difference. The desserts were very tasty & enjoyed by all.

2nd trip to Congham Hall and it never disappoints. The first time we had an Orchard House which was outstanding and being on a smaller budget this time we had a good house double. The room was really big and lovely. Gigantic and very comfortable bed. We had dinner bed and breakfast and everything was outstanding. The staff are delightful and cocktails yummy. We will be back.

Booked for Easter Sunday lunch which is an excellent 3 course dinner and value for money.we arrived and was greeted by the a very polite receptionist who showed us to the restaurant,every member of staff said hello when passing them,the restaurant staff where excellent,the restaurant is very clean,tidy and well decorated with nice views across the lawns,the restaurant service was excellent very professional,the three course set Sunday lunch menu was excellent,the starter,the mains,and the dessert where top notch so delicious and had good choices, the Roast lamb rump was the best lamb we have ever had (our compliments to the chefs) so tender ,the vegetables where excellent,the congham hall take on Eton mess dessert was excellent (my compliments to the chef who made it ),I don’t normally go for the Eton mess ,as on the very few times I have had it,it has been a mess ,but cogham hall version was so delicious with excellent presentation 👍👍.we will now make this our regular place for Sunday lunch.thankyou congham hall.
