施設は綺麗でしたが、周りに何もなく買い物も出来ないし海も遊泳禁止なのでプールで過ごすしかないです。
他に食べるとこもない、アラカルトの選択肢もないので夜ブュッフェを頼んだらSR.3200とレストランスタッフに言われたのに、会計を見たらSR6300でした。
部屋のカードキーが壊れていて、鍵を使う様になっているが鍵を掛けるのが難しく、毎回近くのスタッフにやってもらっていた。
ネズミ国の人達ばかりで、マナーも悪く最悪な2日間。
レストランスタッフもちゃんとしてなくて、食べているものを持って行く、下げる時に他のゲストの食べ残しをテーブルを落として気づかずにいってしまった。
チェックアウトの時、支払を求められたが既にカード決済済のはずの旨を伝えたら、かなり待たされて謝りもせずにOKで終わり。
もしこちらが気づかずに払っていたら、返金してくれるのだろうか。
もう2度と泊まりたくないし、お勧めしません。
建物、部屋は綺麗ですよ。

酒店設施老舊了很多，洗手間的木門都都爛到什麼程度了，還有很多小蟲爬出來，電視台就更加多小蟲和螞蟻了，每天都會出現小蟑螂，這次住的時候已經打了8隻，挺失望的。早餐也沒有什麼可選擇的。

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay here to celebrate our father's birthday. The check-in process was smooth, and we had requested five adjoining rooms before our arrival. A big thank you to Hasini, Chinthaka, Tharindu and Sithmini (front office team) for accommodating our request. The kids had a fantastic time playing in the sun, sand, and the extra-long pool. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. Special thanks to Chef Charith & Chef Harsha. A special shout out to Anura, Kapila, Geeshan, Selvam, Kaveesha, Rasindu, Kavindu, Lithmi and Indika for exceeding our expectations in terms of customer service. All members of staff always had a friendly smile on their faces and were always ready to assist in anything, including the staff in housekeeping. We were all pleasantly surprised at the excellent level of customer service. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to our next visit.

The food was excellent specially the sea food and dessert dishes. The room view was breathtaking taking (sea side view) and the customer service was noteworthy, all the staff member were very helpful specially sethmini. Although in one room the AC wasn't working that great and the beach could have been more cleaner. Overall it was a really nice vacation spot.

Nice welcome by young lady Sithnini who gave us a nice and pleasant experience through out our stay.. Hope you have more staff like this in your hotel.. they suppress the other minor mishaps in this hotel.. really admire her .. we will come back to see her in a higher position

We started our family time by contacting Sithmini who works in hotel reservation unit, from that moment onwards she gave us a perfect support to enjoy our time. Thank you soo much. We enjoyed a lot. Staff was very helpful. Specially we would like to thank for Sithmini for your great job.

We spent our wedding anniversary at jie jie beach on may 2024. It was a great exlerience and food was awsome. Situated in a nice location nearby beach. They got a very large pool which is enjoyable. Great service provided by staff. Specially sithmini

We have stayed in a seaview room and the atmosphere+ view was amazing.we were warmly welcomed by Sithmini at the reception and she was really helpful and attentive to the details , provided a fast service.The room was clean and well , however small issue with the AC and it was also resolved later.Overall we had a delightful calm stay and felt very welcomed to be here with under Sithmini's assistance without a hassle.all the staff had smiles and helpful and a big thanks goes to sithmini.The food was good too.( Also took dining to room and it was delivered hot and tasty) Highly recommended.

We booked the stay to celebrate sisters Birthday. 🥰 The team went beyond their limit and made their best efforts to decorate a separate premises for us to have a nice celebration honoring our small request. Food was great and reception staff Sithmini was helpful who extended a pleasant service. Thanks for Events Team & entire hotel staff who made our stay a lifetime memorable one.
