El hotel es hermoso. Reservamos una suite junior y nos sorprendemos agradablemente con el tamaño de nuestra habitación de piso. El decoro es muy agradable, y nos disfrutamos del gran tubo en el baño. El hotel ofrece agua, que también fue apreciado, así como té y café. El precio era razonable, y es sólo a 10 minutos a pie de los jardines botánicos. Si va un poco más, se calienta muchos restaurantes, pubs y tiendas. El único negativo es que está un poco lejos del centro, así que si tienes que ir hacia atrás y hacia fuera, el precio de la cabina puede aumentar.

Después de haberse inspeccionado y me di cuenta de que esto era uno de los peores hoteles que había quedado en, me di cuenta de Wikipedia y encontré que era diseñado para atraer a los «milenios». The whole place is brutally decorated in robust colors and with aggressive walls; you’d expect this in a work environment, where the ambience is designed to keep you keyed up, but not in an hotel where you probably want to relax. Hay más, pero la «experiencia» me ha hecho cansado y no puedo estar molesto. Oh! Debería añadir que si no estás constantemente en el movimiento, las luces de la habitación se apagan después de 10 minutos. Una característica obvia de ahorro de energía, pero no una diseñada para ayudarle a mantener su composición cuando lee silenciosamente un libro.

Avoid room 10 at all costs!!! A very disappointing ‘hotel’ (I use that word loosely) with zero amenities and no staff anywhere to be found except for late at night. Even then, the single person working could not find any milk when I requested it and failed to leave some by my room in the morning as offered. I know that staff were reduced due to the pandemic, but all other hotels I have stayed in had at least someone to welcome you and see to it that questions and requests were dealt with. The front doors are locked 24/7 - yes, even during the day, This should be listed on airbnb, not as a hotel. The bar and restaurant were closed “due to COVID”, even though all COVID restrictions are now lifted. The room cost £80 per night which is extremely expensive for what was in fact just a tiny, noisy room with none of the expected benefits of being in a hotel. The bathroom was so tiny I couldn't bend down to wash my feet in the shower! I couldn't wash in the basin as the toiletry shelf was in the way. The plumbing must be as old as the house because the noise was horrendous. I booked this ‘hotel’ because it looked far more glamorous in the photos than it really is. I could have had a bigger, more comfortable, quiet room safe in the knowledge that there are staff on reception for half the price at a premier inn - and with a king size bed. If I had been alone in the room I would not have felt safe. This was like a low budget B&B with no access to anything other than the room itself. I will definitely not book again. At no point did I feel that the hotel was welcoming or that I was safe. I simply cannot understand why there were no reception staff at all and no bar or breakfast availability. I also paid a £50 deposit for what, I really do not know. I will be watching to see if that gets returned.

Su personal no podía ayudarnos lo suficiente el día todo lo que puedo decir era excelente incluso vestirse con un pelo un texto para él an él tenía bebidas para los niños un adulto en la recepción que tuve que poner en el final de las charlas para agradecerle un Robbie También nos quedamos una noche extra como marido una esposa y Martin un Scott estaban sorprendente asegurar que teníamos todo lo que necesitamos todos los que asistieron al matrimonio dijo que tenían una época sorprendente y era lindo también tan feliz con su desayuno una hora de checkout que estoy gotted Todo está acabado ahora pero una cosa que sé es que voy a tener una noche fuera en el Leonardo ya que ellos te miran desde el principio para terminar una gran parte de todo lo que he hecho un gran amigo en Scott todavía lol

Reservado y pagado por un estancia en una suite real en este hotel, 6 meses de antelación. Tengo la referencia de reserva en mi teléfono. Cuando fui a comprobar nos dijeron que no había registro de la reserva y el hotel estaba lleno. Aparentemente, cuando reservamos, eran Hilton. Hilton decidió no renovar su arrendamiento. Lo que sucedió después es un misterio para mí, decidieron no honrar las reservas Hilton. Yo había reservado a través de Agoda y tenía Hilton Honors , ninguno de los cuales estaba atento a que mi reserva fue cancelada. Desde entonces, me ha devuelto Agoda pero me ha dejado sin un hotel y tuve que pagar más de 300 libras más que la reserva original para quedarme en 1 Devonshire (todo el resto totalmente reservado) en una habitación estándar. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el personal del hotel se disculpó, pero dijo que había pasado a muchas personas y que no parecía preocuparse. No hay duda de que podrían haber tomado medidas para informar a las personas una vez que se hubiera producido unas pocas veces. No he experimentado nada como eso.

We checked into this hotel expecting the room to look like the photos advertised on their website. In reality, it did not. We were booked into Room 12 which is in the basement of the hotel. The room had a damp and musty smell. The bathroom door hit the edge of one of the beds when you opened and closed it. One of the teacups had tea stains in it. The window in the bathroom did not have a curtain and although there it was frosted, you could see the hotel workers sitting across the way when they were having their break. If you were taking a shower, they could probably see into the bathroom. There was mold in the bathroom shower stall. The worst thing in this room was the large emergency LED trouble light which was about 24 inches long and so bright it lit the room up like a neon sign when you were trying to sleep. To the hotel's credit, I talked to the owner and the maintenance person about how dissatisfied we were with the accommodation and the next morning we were switched to Room 103 on the main floor. They apologized for the inconvenience and the condition of Room 12. The room was much more spacious and the bathroom double the size. There was a large window in the room that opened on one side and the other side could be opened too but the handle to crank the window had broken and fallen onto the ground outside. The room looked out towards a lane and a row of garbage cans. There was still some mold in this shower stall but it was nowhere as bad as Room 12 in the basement. This hotel was booked fully the whole time we were there. I think the biggest draw for this hotel is the proximity to the Byres Road which is near the Botanic Gardens. It is located in the West End, which is lined with boutique shops, bakeries, pubs, and eateries. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it. I am shocked that it has had rave reviews but I guess the location trumps everything else. If you book this hotel, call them and try to avoid any rooms in the basement if you can. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator and if you have mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep.

Excelente ubicación, servicio increíble, habitaciones modernas preciosas, muy espaciosas, desayuno también fue bueno. Altamente recomendable y sería definitivamente visitar de nuevo si en Glasgow. Pequeño autobús de centro de la ciudad y sólo £8.40 en taxi. En una carretera ocupada tan poco ruido a la noche, pero también se espera.

Caught the bus from the airport, Bus stopped outside the hotel easy to get to the city centre, nice place would recommend, room clean lovely breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful idea stay if you want to visit the museum everything is close by either by bus or walking
