Excellent gastronomique restaurant with subtle combinations and wines in accord with the meals. Hotel with comfortable rooms. It was our second visit and we, as a three generations family, were as pleased as last year with the experience. Dogs welcome

We've been visiting this hotel for many years, mainly to see the Crane migration in the spring and autumn, which can be really spectacular if you time it right. When we first visited, the rooms were quite simple but the restaurant was good. Then the hotel changed hands and everything went sadly downhill - in particular, there was no restaurant at all. But two or three years ago the hotel changed hands again, and is now far better than it ever was. The restaurant is excellent, the rooms have been completely refurbished - especially those on the second floor - and the welcome is warm and friendly. Nice places to stay (and eat) in this area are very few and far between, so this is a particularly highly recommended stop-over.

First time in Lac du der and was recommended by a local friend to try this hotel and restaurant. All I can say is I 100% agree!! Hotel restaurant are very good and the service is brilliant too. Beautiful presented and excellently run so if ever you are passing or visiting make sure you make the most of this little gem. 👍 bravo 👏

Small comfortable hotel in a little village - what is there not to love? We stayed here for a night due to the hotel's close proximity to an observatory for the birds. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds comfortable. What is notable was the catering service. The restaurant was impeccably run and the food delicious! A surprising find in a small town! We will be back again!

Chambre rénovée au 2eme étage avec goût. Très propre et agréable. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu juste et il faut légèrement slalomer entre les tables pour accéder au buffet. Personnel sympathique et professionnel, c’est une bonne adresse.

Deux nuits, en chambre supérieure, avec petits déjeuners, agrémentées d'un dîner gourmand avec option accord Mets et vins. Qualité du service, discrétion, conseils et commentaires avertis repas et vins. Moment paisible exceptionnel.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans une chambre rénovée. Très belle décoration, chambre fonctionnelle et très calme. Un accueil très chaleureux. Un petit déjeuner parfait avec des produits locaux et de qualité. Parfait du début à la fin. Merci de votre gentillesse.

Au bord du beau lac du Der, un établissement combinant une équipe jeune, aimable et efficace, un restaurant de bonne facture avec une carte de vins intéressante et une chambre de grand confort (draps Garnier-Thiébaut, peignoirs Lin Vosges, literie excellente, calme absolu…). De quoi passer un séjour très agréable dans l’environnement plaisant du lac du Der
