Hotel is Okay And very convenience to go to indoor and outdoor games. The receiption team which i assume mostly are sabahan need to be more friendly and Smile When talk to customer who are going to check in no matter which country they came from. Doesnt feel much welcome and warmness from the hotel staff. Kindly buckle up team reception. We are malaysian and we need to Show our famous Malaysian Hospitality!

best place to stay in genting highland! i got a room with a mountain view and i got this spectacular view of genting highland. distance from hotel to skyavenue around 20-30 minutes driving or you can ask for shuttle bus from the counter. rm20 per person. smooth check in check out, huge and tidy room. the most exciting about my stay in scapes is their amazing breakfast. a lot variety of food served even during a weekday. from nasi lemak, noodles, porridge to a lot choice of pastries, bread, waffle, croissant. they also served ice cream for breakfast, im so happy. will come again one day

I book this hotel for a day trip to Genting Highlands. Check in was smooth. I have an issue with the rooms, but the staff quickly change my room after i inform them, hot water good, cooking appliances and washer with dryer good. Pool was big and warm . Overall satisfied with the stay

Vino con un corazón del que no esperaba mucho. Mi último viaje fue hace como 5 años. Había muchas variedades de comida. Sólo necesito ganar dinero y elegir. Planifica tus días con lo que quieres hacer o simplemente aprovecha tu tiempo libre. First World Hotel... la habitación de lujo era buena para 2 personas. Bueno para relaj**** y jugar con su teléfono. Había jabón y toallas en la habitación. Por supuesto, puedes traer el tuyo propio, ya que First World es un hotel antiguo.

The front desk seems to be lack of training, perhaps the management can do something about it. 1. When we were checking in, told the staff we booked two rooms and he misunderstood that we booked a 2 bedrooms unit, hence we only get 1 parking spot. After a minor arguement only he recheck the system and realize we did book 2 units hence there is 2 parking spots. 2. The waiting time for the lift is horrible. We stayed at level 11, and there are 6 lifts, but we were skipped by the lifts lotsa time, sometimes we couldnt wait that long that we have to walk down the stairs, not just us, other tourists as well. 15mins wait and still couldnt get a lift? why is that? 3. when we checked out and ready to exit the parking, we were told that we need have our access card with us? I mean everyone returned the access card at the lobby during check out, why would the management want us to keep that card to exit parking? And we were told to take the access card to exit parking, and bring it back to the front desk? Why is this such a hassle to your customers?

The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my visit—delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The ambience throughout the hotel was perfect, providing a serene and luxurious environment. Overall, I give the Swiss Garden Hotel Genting a well-deserved 5 stars. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Hotel bonito y limpio, con personal amigable! Reservado el lujo de la habitación con balcón y no tengo nada malo para decir. La vista y el diseño son agradables, el cuarto está equipado con TV inteligente. También hay lavadora y agua de cabaña rellena afuera en la zona pública. La ubicación está cerca de todos los restaurantes/cafeterías (distanza de caminar).

Very roomy and cosy hotel room with lots of internal space. The balcony's view of the lush surroundings is equally calming and fascinating. Excellent check-in and check-out service at the reception desk. For visitors staying on-site, parking is free (you must validate your TnG card in the lobby). Although there aren't many options for breakfast, the cuisine is nonetheless delicious. A few things could be improved (perhaps due of the ongoing renovations). For example, there is no connecting route, so visitors must travel a considerable distance from the parking building to the lobby. The parking building has no lift. The biggest drawback is that there's no direct route to drive from the hotel to GPO (for those who drive their own vehicles); need to drive down to the roundabout then turn back before taking the junction to GPO.

I highly recommend this place for a staycation. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen for cooking, and facilities for washing and drying clothes, which makes it incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely consider returning.
