GEO38 Premium Suites at Genting Highlands

Living room and bedroom is quite big. The place very beautiful and have a balcony. The parking space has limited a place and is quite far from the lift. Is not very convenience as I’m bringing children other than so far is ok.

Very affordable place. Will repeat to stay here again. Maybe bring my family later on.

Went as a family, wife & two kids. All was happy with the place. Value for money IF you have own transport Only problem is they have a very stupid check in system. I drove my car using WAZE Google maps to arrive at the reception counter for check in. only to be told to go to another location then drove to the other location and at the reception was told that the check in is at the back of the hotel at the basement car park area. Then went there and they won't process my check in asking me to wait until 3pm. They won't even process it. Came back at 3pm and there was a long queue and asked for 200 deposit. After check in have to drive back to the original hotel i arrived earlier. Then when checking out again have to drive to the other location just to check out and get back the 200 deposit and check out time is 11. Which means you have to check out at 10.30 just to get there before 11am and if you are late they will deduct your deposit OMG this is stupid

Little bit disappointed during check-in as it is different from the property and also long queue. Property doesn’t has any sound proof so you have to wait till 9pm then the construction sound will stop. Air-Cond only available inside the room and it’s warm at the living room.

First, the hotel was not bad actually…But! We was so hard to check in… It’s was really really a bad experience to me… I really don’t understand why the check in and check out place will be held on another hotel? Even though the three hotel combined and working… but it’s was really outrageous! We need to driving to another hotel for check in and out then come back again to stay… We really really confused about that at the first meet… The location of the hotel was also really not good. We really can’t find it! ( Maybe the Google map problem) When we finally find the hotel Geo 38 and we go in need to check in But the crew said oh here is not for our hotel. *** it is Hello is 1030pm already we are really tired to find the hotel then u told me wrong hotel??? Ok fine we gonna driving to beside the hotel and again we cannot check in . Ok fine we need to go another hotel again to check in then go back to the first hotel that we have been and stay! Ok, really tired . Pls update and I hope the hotel can be not so complicated for customer/client…

Good 1. Location 2. Big Spacious unit with balcony 3. Washing machine, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils available 4. Free parking Bad 1. Centralised check in agent located 300m away from apartment. 2. Inconvenient designated parking located at top floor. Got to transfer lift. 3. Construction site beside, noisy. Need at least 6 months to 1 years. 4. Dirty amenities. Stain towels, sofa etc. Advise fellow travellers to take photos when check in to avoid disputes about damages or dirty anything. Overall value for money. But wouldn't recommend for now.
