El hotel está a unos 15 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Las vistas de la habitación fueron muy bonitas. La habitación era grande, con baño. El desayuno era muy bueno. El hotel está en el camino a la aterrizaje al aeropuerto, por lo que se puede oír algún ruido de avión. Lamentablely, the hotel did not send check-in information. We arrived late on a very rain night. We couldn't see any signs to the underground parking. Llamamos y explicaron que necesitamos tomar un billete de la máquina y el parque en el centro comercial -4. No hemos notado que hay dos elevadores - uno que conduce al exterior a la entrada exterior (no techo ...), y el otro que conduce directamente al hotel. El personal era muy agradable.

Some of the staff are friendly, especially those from the Reception. The hotel is strategically located opposite Annemasse Main Train Station. You can easily purchase the ticket and travel to Geneva too. Latitude 46 serves good food (it is the hotel's only restaurant) There are several bus station nearby, where you can hoop on / off the bus easily (eg : Tango) Opposite the hotel is the Tourism Board of Annemasse. There is a mini bar and conference rooms at Level 8 of the hotel. if you wish to stay in this hotel, it is better to be able to communicate in French, else it is very hard to talk to the staff However the room is very small there is no cupboard to hang clothes. If you are staying in standard room, no bedroom sleepers will be provided. According to reception, Sleepers are only for those in Executive Rooms. The carpet in the room is not clean, and I noticed that cleaners entered the room with their boots / shoes, and that could be the reason why the carpet is always dusty and dirty. Another thing to note is the bedsheet is not clean. The mini bar at Level 8 closes at around 10pm, which is too early. The waitresses will ask you to leave by around 10pm. she spoke in French and none of us could understand. Most staff cannot communicate in English. The place may not be safe especially at nights, you can hear people fighting at the back street , from your hotel room . One of the evenings (16 Apr) , we reached the Latitude 46 at around 9.37pm, and were trying to place our orders, a young waiter told us that the kitchen have closed. However, as per the reception, the last call to the kitchen was always at 10pm. We were left with no food, as most of the cafes nearby have already closed, ended up we had to buy burgers from McDonalds. The young waiter (male) was very rude and could not speak English efficiently. In my opinion, this hotel is more suitable only for short stay One plus point is, it is located very near to the town's main train station. That's it.

Hotel agradable, personal muy amable y estúdios bien equipados con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Yo diría que el único punto negativo es una pequeña falta de colocación en la cocina (a la place du miroir a côté de la cocina, creo que habría sido bueno colocar etages o un pequeño mueble y colocar el mirador en la puerta de la sala de cocina de baño o en frente de la armaria) porque ningún lugar para colocar las pocas carreras para el estancia una vez que las ropas en la armaria. En cualquier caso, hemos pasado una muy buena estancia!

Hôtel propre, bien situé, personnel sympathique. La chambre attribuée n’est pas spacieuse mais suffisamment pour 1 ou 2 personnes qui n’y passent que la nuit. La salle de bain est bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet continental correct et representatif de ce genre d’hôtel. Deux bémols: - il serait vraiment important de proposer du pain tranché. En effet il n’est pas rassurant que chaque client saisisse le pain pour le couper. Cela choque d’autant plus dans le contexte sanitaire mais indépendamment du virus du moment ce n’est guère hygiénique. - une réception ouverte 24/24 serait plus rassurante qu’un seul système de carte magnétique pour débloquer tous les accès ( porte d’entrée, accès à l’ascenseur ou escalier) sans possibilité de faire appel à quelqu’un si défaillance ( j’ai posé la question). Les tarifs sont quand même élevés, il conviendrait d’engager du personnel et ne pas penser uniquement au profits des actionnaires.

Not a bad little hotel. The hotel itself is not all that interesting, but at least the room was clean. The man on the front desk was helpful. Not sure if they speak English or not since I only spoke French with them. Close by you have a number of restaurants. And you can walk to everything within minutes. There is a cafe/bar to the left, Les Salles Gossses that gets fairly acrive on a weekend. To the right there is a burger place 99 Street Burgers open late, and during the daytime, walk down the street to the right and there is a big square, Place de l'Hotel de Ville with an old-time carousel, and several restaurants. As a stopover on the way to/from Geneva, it's a reasonable option. One negative point though it is minor: this hotel does inexplicably take a 100 euro deposit pre-authorised on credit card. This is a bit ridiculous as there is nothing in the room is worth 100 euros.

El hotel no está lejos de la estación de tren de Ginebra y a poca distancia hay dos supermercados, Coop y Lidl, frente al hotel. El lago Lemán no está lejos del hotel a pie. Las instalaciones de la habitación son muy completas y la actitud del servicio es muy buena. Ma chambre au 8ieme étage une vue imprenable sur Genève le jet d’eau les Alpes du pur bonheur Cerise sur le gâteau le petit déjeuner riche et varié produit suisse et de qualité supérieure et Bio je citerai Maylick et Noémie aux petits soins. Je suis une habituée de cet hôtel et j’ retournerai à mon prochain séjour à Genève. Je le recommande très fort

Limpio y muy buena ubicación. A 4 minutos a pie del tranvía desde el que se puede conectar con el resto de la ciudad. Y las vistas de mi habitación de hotel. Ay dios mío. Un lugar realmente encantador.
El WiFi era bueno pero podría ser mejor.

UUsuario invitadoI liked this hotel. Good location, 7 minutes or so from the central train station (which we walked to every day) and 2 blocks from Lake Geneva. It is is the ”new” part of town, not Old Town, but it was simple to get to the old part of town--we walked over there twice, including return in the evening after dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very modern feel, and the room was a good sized compared to what we’ve seen in other European cities (but it was also a bit more expensive). Breakfast was good. Three choices: Continental, Buffet without eggs and hot food, and Full Buffet. Not cheap but consistent with the prices we’ve seen in other hotels. No U.S. plugs; didn’t expect them. We didn’t have an ironing board in our room, but upon request, one was quickly brought to us, and we kept it throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, 4 pillows, but as in many northern European hotels, only a comforter, no top sheet. It's possible we could have gotten one upon request--I didn't try. Our room did have a table and two chairs, as well as a nice TV, which we didn’t use, so can’t really report on that. We were on the 5th floor, room 58. The only issue with this room is that it is in kind of a dormer, I think; on my (6’3”) husband’s side of the bed, the ceiling sloped down low so that if he wasn’t paying attention, he would hit his head when he stood up. Also, as a dormer, the window is small, but that really didn’t matter to us. The A/C worked. The room had an interesting design. The toilet was in a separate room with a sink. The closet was in the entry, across from the bar; it was not large but did have several open shelves you could use. There was coffee, tea and water and a small number of snacks available. The bathroom (other than toilet), including the large shower, was open to the bedroom; however, there were “partition” type door/walls you could use when you were talking a shower for privacy and warmth. I hadn't seen anything like it. It’s a little hard to explain, but it made the room feel a little bigger, while allowing plenty of privacy while showering. I would definitely stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoWe were 2 adults and one child and this was mentioned very clearly at the time of booking. I was told in the reception that booking says 3 adults and they changed it to 2A & 1 C. Room given to us had 2 twin sharing beds, which left us with no space to even open the luggage’s and 2 adults were not able to share that bed. Staff attitudes were terrible 1. Room (307) was cold for us and asked for help to increase the temperature and the staff who came said, we can’t increase the temperature above 23 degrees. He said they can give heater, I said ok and asked if there is any additional cost. He asked if we’re from India and was laughing. He came back and left the heater outside the room and made a sarcastic statement “it’s free, use it” and was laughing saying Indians. When I tried to stop him, he didn’t even bother and walked away laughing. He just left the heater outside and went. 2. In the morning, I asked to pack 2 croissants as we didn’t have time to have breakfast and need to rush and I was told, we can’t do and you should eat here only. I had to tell them it’s weird and then they gave me a very small cover which could not even accommodate 2 small croissants. I have stayed in Novotel in other countries and never had such a worst experience. I would never stay in this property again during my next visit. Stay here definitely didn’t leave a happy memories for my family.

El hotel es un poco viejo pero muy limpio y cómodo. La habitación es espaciosa y el sonido es excelente. El personal es extremadamente amable, bienvenido y acomodado. El hotel está en una habitación de 1500 horas, pero nos dio una habitación cuando llegamos a 1210. GGema VA ver, el hostel está bien situado, las habitaciones son correctas pero ahí se acaba. Hay un individuo en recepción (como ya he visto en algunas críticas), que tiene una actitud denunciable por cómo trata a la gente. En nuestro caso habíamos reservado por booking y una anulación del vuelo a última hora nos hizo intentar modificar la reserva. Llegábamos un día más tarde e intentamos (por booking y directamente) reducir el día. Obviamente en Booking nos dijeron que dependería del hostel, pero en el hostel nos dijeron que ningún problema. ”Llegáis al dia siguiente, ningún problema”. Claro, el problema vino al llegar. El individuo del que hablo nos pidió una serie de datos que, sin internet eran difíciles de saber, pero no nos ”podía” dar la clave de la wifi hasta que hubiéramos hecho el check-in. Nos querían cobrar el día ”extra” porque ”sabemos que veníais al día siguiente, pero no quiere decir que no lo cobremos”. Venga, un pin a este señor. Intentamos hablar con él pero le faltó mandarnos a paseo. Prepotente y chulo. Cuando finalmente nos ”aceptó” la tarjeta, tuvimos que pagar un pico por ese día que se sabía que no íbamos. En este mismo trance, íbamos con otra familia. Llegamos cuando quedaba media hora para el cierre del desayuno, de manera que, mientras a nosotros nos robaban un día, ellos preguntaron si podían desayunar. Les pidieron 10 euros por cabeza. La sorpresa vino cuando llegaron al comedor y vieron que ya habían recogido. Les costó una buena bronca que les dieran un trozo de pan y algo para untar. El café lo hicieron con la máquina literalmente siendo retirada. El café con tostada más caro del planeta. (por otra parte resulta difícl desayunar cuando todo el mundo usa las viandas del desayuno para prepar**** bocatas para todo el día y tienes que hacer guardia al lado del plato para poder coger algo). De verdad, qué despropósito!!!! Ah! si eres celíaco sólo puedes tomar zumo, para ti no hay NADA. Durante nuestra estancia lo vimos gritar a otros huéspedes de malas maneras. MAL. El párquing es un despropósito. La mitad de huéspedes que aparcan arriba se dejan media puerta contra el murete (en tres días vi tres coches... mirad el muro!!! está redondo) pero el párquing subterráneo (que hay que pagar y que tiene media plaza) es súper incómodo, pequeño, la mitad de las veces no funciona la puerta de entrada (hay que fichar arriba, pero tener el coche abajo para entrar, hola?), y hay gente que entra y aparta cruzado, por lo que igual no puedes sacar tu coche. En cuanto al ruido, efectivamente, lo hay. Yo entiendo que hay gente joven, pero llegar a las 2 a.m. y ponerte a cantar a grito pelao igual no es mi ideal de noche de descanso. Hasta para venderte una bebida había pegas!!! De verdad, hay sitios mejores. Mirad mis críticas, suelen ser positivas. Esto es para no acec****. Huíd.

El hotel de la ciudad de San Francisco, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. El hotel lo sirve de 05.30 am a 10.30 am pero la falta de elección y comida fría fue una verdadera dejada abajo por lo tanto mi El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad de 8/10, en lugar de 10/10 Si un cliente sería un correo electrónico, conteste lo antes posible y responda plenamente a todas las preguntas. A la derecha o a la izquierda, el aeropuerto se encuentra bien. El hotel tiene un código QR que le permite viajar libremente en todo el pueblo en vehículos públicos de la zona. Tenemos que hacerlo con un pequeño café 500 metros del hotel o una estación de gasolina junto a él que tenía suministros básicos o fue a y de vuelta al aeropuerto para comida (utilizado con navegación gratuita del hotel) Sin embargo, todavía recomendaría firmemente este hotel

UUsuario invitadoI received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

UUsuario invitadoEsta vez me quedo en las habitaciones 102 y 106 . Diferente habitación coz me quedo en diferentes momentos. Revisar desde Singapur que se queda 23-25 Aug 22 y 1 -4 Sep 22. Primera vez me queda este aparthotel. Me encanta la habitación espacial . Individual WC con bañera. Otra habitación individual para la cocina bien equipada con microondas. No ofrecen tobillos y limpieza diaria pero se puede acercar a ellos para cambiar el matinal de la maquillaje , toallas, etc . No hay problema. La cama sabia era cómoda. Piloto pequeño aunque. Haha. Tiene una mesa pequeña con 2 sillas para la comida . El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Me encanta la recepción de noche. Super nice . Hotel está cerca del lago y muchas comidas . También cerca del distrito de luz roja de Ginebra . Pero no hay preocupaciones como las niñas no te molestará mucho a menos que usted solo (el tipo) caminando . No hay problema , pero no me muevo por mi cuenta muchas veces .

Staff is very friendly, rooms are spaciuos and clean. Breakfast is sufficient with 3-4 types of bread, cheese, eggs, fruit and coffee. Lot of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops in the neighbourhood. Room had a safe.
