good location good service

房間15平米，放下一張大床後的確空間不大，基本設施倒是都有，也比較好用。但是對中國人不太“友好”，因為房間裏沒有燒水壺也沒有任何玻璃的杯具，我是找當地同事借了一個壺才能喝上熱水和茶。這些年歐洲的很多酒店都提供燒水壺了，這還是我遇到的第一家不提供的，建議提供，方便中國旅客。早餐品質還不錯，典型的白人飯吧，每天涼牛奶泡cereal（好多種）、熱雞蛋和肉腸（偏鹹）、麪包（多種）、奶酪（好幾種），水果（一般就是香蕉、橙子和綠蘋果，最後一天吃上了草莓雖然沒多好吃），能吃飽但是連續十多天吃的確有點膩，建議能每天換點花樣，另外就是完全沒有任何蔬菜，包括歐洲酒店一般會提供的西紅柿片和黃瓜片。酒店服務員比較熱情，每天早餐碰到會打招呼。但是前台的人專業素質令人擔憂：入住當天我已到房間，行李都拿出來了，結果一位先生説房間給錯了，那一層都需要做衞生，需要我搬到6樓，我有些氣憤，但是後來還是配合搬了，感覺是他們前台員工工作不認真導致的；退房前一晚我專門到前台詢問是否有什麼手續，因為我申請了晚一小時退房，一個黑人小夥在電腦上操作一番後確認不需要其他手續，結果當天12點半我回到酒店準備上樓拿行李，結果發現根本上不了電梯，衹好去前台，入住當天要求我換房的先生熟練地處理了一下我的房卡然後我就能正常搭電梯回房間了，我覺得這也是國內延遲退房的標準操作，不知道那個黑人小夥是不是培訓後上崗。入住當天我申請日內瓦的公共交通卡，結果那個白男讓他的同事操作説給我開個書寫的，我很驚訝因為一年前日內瓦市就改成電子卡了，不知道他家為啥還能開書寫卡，折騰了一會結論是改成電子卡了，要了我的電子郵箱，倒是很快收到。但是總讓我感覺他們的業務不熟練，並給客人帶來了一些不必要的麻煩。另外，這個酒店離火車站很近，3分鐘步行可到，到湖邊也差不多3分鐘步行，位置方便。樓下旁邊很多餐館，吃飯也還方便。晚上街面上比較吵，但是房間玻璃的隔音效果不錯，一關窗基本上聽不到外面的嘈雜。周圍好幾個night club，據説是瓦市的***，和我以前住的酒店的街區感不太一樣。

酒店很一般

Staff were extremely friendly, hotel is clean and appears new. Only downfall was the twin beds, very small, mattress moved around too much

房間緊湊，衞生間乾濕分離，無排氣扇，有吹風，無熱水壺。安排在電梯旁鄰街的房間，電梯聲音小，街邊鬧。入住和退房快速，接待人員很nice，可以存行李。離火車站不遠。

Great location for both transport and walking distance of the central location with the old town being about a 15/20 minute walk. Friendly staff, very accommodating. 4 out of 5, as there was limited storage in the room, and no kettle/hot drink facilities in the room. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

It was rediculously hot in the room, so hot that sleeping was difficult. The air conditioning could not be turned on to cool the room. Front desk claimed that the use of air conditioning after October 31st is illegal in Switzerland. Maybe so, but it is still up to them to properly control the temperature. My thermometer read 28 deg C. This is unacceptable. It was to noisy to leave the window open to sleep, so every morning I left the window open to cool the room down during the day. Every day the cleaning staff closed the window so this had no effect. We did not get a good night's sleep during the whole stay because of the unreasonably hot temperature. The staff were excellent but could do nothing.

Hotel is located right at heart of city but the room was too small for the price. In Geneva, free transport pass is given to tourist - so location is not really so important - something I was not aware of when booking. Staff in hotel is superb and 5 Star quality.

Excellent location and services, but the room is a bit small

酒店距離火車站不遠，比較方便到達，房間設施也都還不錯，但是外部環境確實太糟糕了，樓下和對面就是***，**到處都是，而且遊手好閑的一些**就站在街道兩旁，安全感不強，整體還是不推薦這家店。ibis可以選，這家店到罷了

It would have been nice to know the hotel was slap bang in the middle of the ******************! To say the surrounding area at night was intimidating would be an understatement. And I say that as a 6ft 4 man.

Very convenient for train station and lake. Neighborhood a bit drab but ok.
