Found this place through ******* and was so happy I did! It was perfect. Location was great close to the area of the Dolomites that I wanted to explore. The actual hotel was lovely. The staff was amazing, food was great, the room was very modern and clean. The saunas/spa was also quite enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and was very happy with it!

We are visiting the Strasserwirt regularly and are always impressed about their ambience, their level of service and of course their consistent quality of food. Their staff does an excellent job and constantly improves every little detail. Keep up the great work!!

Wir waren lediglich zum 5-Gänge-Gourmet-Menü im Hotel. Das Essen war vorzüglich. Hinsichtlich des Sevice gab es allerdings Einschränkungen. So wurden wir, da ein paar Minuten zu früh, zunächst auf einen Aperitif (Zusatzkosten) ins Kaminzimmer gebeten, durften anschließend nicht im eigentlichen Restaurant speisen, obwohl dies kaum besucht war, sondern in einer doch recht kalten und ungemütlichen "Stube", die unserer Meinung nach eher Kantinencharakter vermittelt. Es wurde der falsche Wein "nachgeschenkt" und der "Absacker auf`s Haus" stand zunächst auf der Rechnung. In einer solchen Preiskategorie sollte dies nicht passieren.

Wir waren jetzt das 9te Mal beim Strasserwirt. Wieder wurde von den Eigentümern in das Haus investiert und geschmackvoll modernisiert, ohne die historischen Wurzeln zu beschädigen. Das Haus steht für bodenständigen, jedoch gehobenen Tourismus mit komfortabel eingerichteten Zimmern, einem feinen Spa-Bereich ohne Pool (für uns eher ein Vorteil) und einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant. Das Frühstück besticht durch die Verwendung regionaler Produkte und persönlicher Betreuung. Das seit Jahren unveränderte Team spricht für die angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir fühlen uns gleich nach dem Ankommen wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die herrliche Landschaft in der unmittelbaren Nähe bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit ausreichend Gelegenheit, die Natur zu genießen.
