Reservé con ******* y cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que la reservación no era válida, no me quisieron dar el cuarto por que no había disponibilidad, y no me quisieron respetar la reservación ******* me cobró y ahora ******* no se quiere hacer responsable de devolverme mi dinero

The only hotel I stay at in Gallup. Rooms are very clean, amenities are great, breakfast in the mornings is fantastic for a free hotel breakfast, service is always friendly

I especially appreciated thebathroom having filled bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash available for use. I also liked that the tubs had plastic splash guards to prvent water from getting on the floor. I didn't particlarly like the cheap toilet paper, though, but i can live with it for two nights. Great breakfast choices!

They don’t have any customer services at all
The employees was at lobby eating at breakfast which is for guest only. One house keeper was sleeping at breakfast room. I think is not appropriate to mixed employees and guests tother. The employees need to have their own room to have rest in there own time.

We booked a room that had a sofa bed and our room had an entirely separate lovong room with a full kitchen! Pool was open until 10pm, so kids got to swim, and the breakfast the next morning was the best free breakfast I have ever experienced! What a gem!

They waited until 15 minutes before we said we were arriving to tell us our reservation was overbooked and that we would have to call ******* ourselves to figure it out. Rude staff, bad management.

The heater was controlled by a wall thermostat but the wall heater gave off COLD air when set at 68 degrees. We had a junior suite and there were no extra blankets needless to say it was a horrible night sleep, very cold.
