La habitación esta bien, colchón y almohadas cómodas pero no para darle 5 estrellas de puntuación por los siguientes motivos: 1) Faltan commodities de aseo: crema corporal, limpia zapatos, pasta de dientes, bolsa para ropa sucia, etc… que pagas mas de 200€ la noche (había una feria en la ciudad…) 2) la TVE no se sintoniza aunque aparece en la pantalla…. Por tanto solo puedes ver canales de otros países. 3) el personal de limpieza muy escandaloso. Estaba en la habitación 409 y justo enfrente estaba el cuarto de SERVICE… desde las 0800 am solo se oían voces, risas, hablando super alto (casi gritando)… al salir de la habitación había unas 5 mujeres de servicio sentadas en el cuarto (alguna de pue) y eso si, amablemente me dieron los buenos días. El desayuno esta bastante bien aunque un dia tuve que compartir mesa con un desconocido ya que no había mesas libres y/o preparadas.

Hemos pernoctado tres noches en este hotel. Ha sido una estancia muy confortable. Habitación amplia con nevera y cafetera. Vistas a la piscina. Desayuno buffet muy satisfactorio. Cena buffet muy completa. Personal simpático y receptivo. Parking exterior con plazas disponibles. Recomendamos totalmente este hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our European road trip. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean and the rooms well equipped with nice bed linen and a good bathroom. The hotel was a decent taxi ride c. €30 from the centre or Nuremberg which we hadn’t appreciated at the time of booking! The only slight issue was that on check in we were told that our rate included breakfast. The next morning on check out we were rather surprised to be charged for our breakfast, as it wasn’t included! This was not great and left us with a negative impression of the hotel. With hindsight I would have chosen a hotel closer to the centre of Nuremberg.

My first bad review ever, sorry. The staff at the hotel has no clue about service. Reception was rude at the check-in and the following morning the breakfast staff almost kicked my family out of the buffet because they had a mistake in the list of the rooms who had breakfast included. The room was small, the bed had dirty linens with brown stains and the bathroom had no ventilation so when 4 people shower the entire room gets steamy. Not a 4 star experience and be aware eventhough the hotel location is outside the city center they will charge you 13 EUR for parking per night - also even if the parking gate is broken as it was and the hotel entrace from the parking area is blocked so you need to go around the building to get in. Not a hotel I will visit again since for the same money you can get much better value for money.

Stayed with the family for 5 days. Can really recommend the place. We had a superb time at the Mercure in Fuerth. Staff were fantastic, cautious and friendly. Location of the hotel worked perfectly for us. Having an outside pool in this weather was an extra. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout, you can dine in the restaurant on selected nights, order food in from outside or have a 15min walk into town to various restaurants. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. I guess all said...

It is a very basic hotel. The rooms hardly have any amenities that should classify it as 4*. The staff at reception was not warm. When we arrived, they said it will take 30mins for rooms to be ready. Eventually we got the room after 90 mins. There is hardly anyone at the reception and you have to wait for someone to come out of the inner room. The location is far from the station as well as old town (15 mins walk from old town and 20mins from station) Overall it turned out to be a disappointment.

It looks like another boring motel but once you get inside you change your mind. Very helpful staff all over and the 3-course dinner I ordered was great. For an overnight stay it is a perfect stay. Rooms are good and clean. And best part, it is silent all over and you sleep well. 7.90 Euro for a glass of wine I find a little bit too steep…I do recommend a stay here if you arebon the go travelling though Europe.
