This hotel was a delight: Large rooms, comfy bed, professional staff and gratis healthy hot breakfast (I.e. no fake juice; good selection fresh foods offered in their restaurant). This is a hidden gem at a very favorable price point. Also, the heater/air conditioner is independent in each room so you can adjust the room temperature to your liking...Quiet and easy to use.

The big dark hair girl at front desk seems to make her own rules up as she goes. She told us we could not check in early and then had us wait 3 hours to just tell us they do jot take our credit cards even though we already paid 3 nights on trip.com. I asked to speak to manager but she lied and said there was no Mgr that day. Horrible.

I first visited this hotel in 2018. In 2022, this hotel is suffering a little from the aftermath of the pandemic. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, 3 chairs in the room, one office type, one straight chair and one easy chair, plus a work table. Mini-fridge in the room. Garden-facing rooms have a pleasant view. There were some minor deferred maintenance issues. No daily maid service, a Covid innovation that should be reversed, IMHO. The pre-pandemic excellent breakfast has now been reduced to a minimal "grab 'n go" bag. The 4 employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room rate on Trip.com was reduced appropriately given the reduced service.

Myself and family have been coming here for over 10 years. The facility has aged a little but the location, service and amenities are great and well kept. A pleasurable stay.

This is a great property in that it’s in NW Fresno. Good rates Has good access to dining etc. it’s a tired property and needs updating desperately. Staff is very nice. Good complimentary bfast.

I like the shower had a curve to raise the head so I didn't have to duck.
The toilet did not flush properly. I thought it was going to overflow. it would fill the bowl then go very slowly. Had to do a double flush, cuz it would not all go. This was every flush.
The complementary breakfast made my wife ill, she threw up.
