Afortunadamente, la habitación no es muy grande.

Excelente lugar si tuviera una mejor administración, mantenimiento, personal de limpieza y si se preocuparan. Una instalación de cocina que nunca se adosa, garaje de cliente anterior en la habitación, baño, closet, en 4 días y noches sin cambio de toallas, solo una cuchara, un tenedor, un plato de cocina. falta cambiar las toallas. Un día en el que nadie limpiaba era lo mismo que un día en el que aparentemente limpiaban. La peor experiencia después de 20 años de viajar a Alemania. Es una vergüenza. Afortunadamente el Restaurante Indio tuvo una mejor administración y está ubicado en el hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel few days ago ,it It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient,the reception staff was very kind and helpful,i was dressed in ladies business attire and i went to the reception and spoke to the ladies who were very kind,polite and respectful and they have encouraged me so much ,Ms Latifa the female receptionist was very nice and kind she was dressed professionally and she liked the ladies business attire i was wearing that time , also the lady in the housekeeping helped me to turn the ladies shirt collar on my blazer .

Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. With a few things the comfort can be improved substantially

Stayed here for a work trip. Wouldn't recommend as in my locked hotel room, someone went through my bags, stole my laptop and iPad. Came back to my hotel room - still locked - but items now stolen. Getting Michael, the manager, to then deal with the request was difficult and now months on still have no correspondence from himself as he didn't want to deal with the situation. He has been rude and no help. Another member of staff helped me resolve the situation and receive rightful compensation. I also wouldn't recommend staying there because across the street (and the block really) is a lot of construction going on. Not really the fault of the hotel, but a warning as it is a long-term construction that will wake you up - particularly in the summer when you have the windows open. I do, however, want to thank the front of desk staff who do their absolute best and provide great service in spite of what Michael, the manager, can provide to them. If you are forced to stay here, don't take anything valuable or at the very least carry it with you at all times as it is not safe in the hotel room. Even if buried in your suitcase with a locked door.
