Could not get there and would like to at least partially get my money back or a stay voucher

Convenient location for a lot of the attractions. The remote check in was chaotic and not easy. Had the hotel been transparent with the information they needed upfront it would have made our lifes easier. We had to do the remote check in with patchy wifi and without a computer. That was a real problem and the people we dealt with were not accommodating. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

7 minutes walk to train station. Quiet area. Close to city center as well. Pretty clean. They have a little GYM room, which will be enough to keep yourself in shape)

YOU MUST FILL OUT FORM BEFORE ARRIVING otherwise you'll delay yourself from a quick check-in. It's a self check-in and rooms are available mostly after 3pm. Most of the communication is done by Email. Cleaning depar**ent is from 10am-5pm so if you need anything request withim the time frame, after 5pm you must communicate by email for next day. Checkout is at 10am Only request for late check out is until 6pm for 42 CHF Either 10am or pay 42CHF to change check out until 6pm There is someone until 4pm I believe if you need any assistance. The apar**ents themselves are good, a little smaller than expected. No safe box. About 5-7 minutes walking to the Train station. Comes with coffee machine, kettle, iron, iron board, dryer, refrigerator and plates and cups and other things. In the area of the hotels during the night time I didn't see any homeless people or anything, But getting closer to the train station you'll find more homeless people and a lot of trash. You'll find homeless people too in the center and outside of the shopping area but in front of the hotel I didn't see anything. A few stores and restaurants very close to the hotel which is very good.

フロントがないので心配でしたが、係の人が建物のドアの内側にいてくれたので安心しました。建物もわかりやすく駅からも近く便利でした。内装も綺麗で清潔感あり。キッチン布巾かゴミ箱付近がカビの臭いがしました。のでゴミ箱の付近とキッチン布巾には触れずに過ごしました。ドアを勢いよく閉めるというコツを掴むのに時間ぎかかりましたが、その間も係の人がついててくれました。

Excelente localização, limpeza , conforto ( com excepção das cortinas totalmente translúcidas que permite passar toda claridade da rua , e isso incomoda para poder dormir e descansar ) , de resto tudo esteve impecável . Os contactos de telefone do Costume Service não estão actualizados , devem rever isso .

Ich hatte mir das Apar**ent für 4 Nächte gebucht, da ich in Frankfurt eine Fortbildung besucht habe und ein Apar**ent mit Küchenzeile haben wollte. Der Online-Check-In funktioniert reibungslos, das ist ein Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer jedoch sind Katastrophe. Die Dusche war total verschimmelt, im Bett lagen fremde Haare, die Küche war so dreckig, dass ich da nicht kochen wollte und auch die Wände sahen sehr mitgenommen aus. Der Kundenservice war jedoch schnell zu erreichen und hat mir für die Nacht ein neues (größeres) Apar**ent zur Verfügung gestellt und am nächsten Tag würde in mein ursprüngliches Apar**ent eine Putzkraft kommen. Jedoch war mein neues Apar**ent auch nicht zu 100% sauber und ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Nach mehrmaligem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice konnte ich letztendlich nach der einen Nacht kostenlos und unter voller Rückerstattung stornieren und mir ein neues Hotel suchen. Dafür gebe ich den 1 Sternen! Außerdem war es leider nicht möglich die Klimaanlage/Lüftung komplett auszustellen.
