Property is newly renovated, but I expected more. Pros: Good location for restaurants and shopping. Bad location if you're attending a conference at the Messe (15-20 minute ride); nice club lounge; have a spa; room decor is new and clean Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING- I could not get the fan to turn on and after sharing this with many of my colleagues- they could not either. The window opens a tiny bit for fresh air, but noisy at night. My room was stuffy and uncomfortably hot every night. Bathroom is tiny. The door opens in, so to use the toilet you have to enter the bathroom, squeeze around the door, then shut the door. The toilet is in the way of the door so it can't be opened all the way, so when getting ready and blow drying hair you have to close the bathroom door behind you. The phone was unusable. There are buttons for ”front desk” and ”spa” but none of them work. There is no guide in the room showing what numbers to use for any of the departments. I tried pressing zero hoping for an operator, but the line was dead. Useless.

Esta es una revisión 100% honesta. E intentaré escribir tanto como sea posible para ayudar a otros Clientes que buscan Hoteles para reservar. Sé lo difícil que es leer Reseñas y todo eso, pero espero que esto ayude. ¡Este hotel tiene el mejor servicio de todos! Desde el servicio de aparcacoches, hasta la recepcionista (que habla un inglés perfecto), ¡hasta la habitación! HABITACIÓN: La primera impresión al entrar en la habitación fue... ¡GUAU! HUELE A LIMPIO Y BIEN! Es lo suficientemente grande para 2. Nos proporcionaron 2 botellas de agua gratis, tienen champús, jabón corporal y loción. Las almohadas son cómodas, la cama es realmente grande (pero no esperes demasiado), es lo suficientemente buena para dormir. Si buscas una comodidad EXTRA para dormir, esta no es para ti. Tienen Aire Acondicionado (que es muy importante), y funciona PERFECTO! DESAYUNO BUFFET: ¡Tienen MESERO Y MESERA maravillosos! Harán un esfuerzo adicional por usted, como cuando obtiene su café usted mismo, se ofrecerán a hacerlo por usted. Da muchas opciones cuando se trata de comida. Su comida es excelente! Todavía no puedo superar los Waffles 😅 es cierto que son un poco caros, pero si eres una persona que desayuna, ¡te recomiendo encarecidamente que consigas este! 😊 Experiencia en general, ¡fue excelente!

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

La TV no es nuestra prioridad principal en nuestro viaje, pero esperamos ver cosas juntos en la habitación en nuestras vacaciones. ¡No hay opciones ni plugs para cobrar por la cama! Oh, y cuando llegas con tu coche no hay generalmente valet fuera ...Ambas veces no queríamos dejar nuestro coche fuera sin esperar pero nadie salió así que tuvimos que entrar. Mi última cosa ....I tuvo un dolor de cabeza y no tenían nada, mi marido tuvo que caminar a la farmacia. No estamos demasiado lazy para caminar, pero cuando estás en un hotel llamado 5 estrellas y no tienes dolor de cabeza, ninguna capacidad de streaming o selección de medios ...No vale la pena el dinero!

The first stay was 4 nights and 2nd stay was for 1 night during May 2023, the hotel has a prime location, close to everything you would need; undergrounds, shopping, taxi slots, supermarkets, and restaurants.. everything is located within 1-3 minutes walking distance. Service at the hotel is excellent and their dining options are reasonable particularly the 7th floor panoramic view restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC in the room .. it doesn’t cool at all and the room was too hot and had to open the window and suffer street noise. I will certainly consider booking it again ONLY IF AC IS FIXED.

This hotel was very nicely situated with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Eschenheimer Tower was right next door with a nice little outdoor dining terrace. The hotel has an unassuming street front and the reception is actually not on the ground floor as you enter. It is very clean and the rooms make good use of the space available. Our group of three had a queen bed with sofa bed and there was plenty of room for suitcases and personal belongings. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. We appreciated the kitchenette. Staff did not have my reservation on the computer when we arrived which caused some confusion, but they were able to get us into the room we needed. They also were able to extend our stay when transport strikes delayed our departure. One nice feature is that they share a courtyard with the Moxy. We love the cool vibe of Moxy but for this trip, the room would have been too small. But we were able to enjoy the bar and lobby area due to the close proximity to the RI. Taxi/Uber to airport does not take too long. Good value for the price.

Negativos - el personal claramente odia sus trabajos y su actitud lo hace a conocer. No los culparé realmente. El hotel está bajo de personal y me parece que la configuración es tan estrena - No hay un control dedicado. Check in está en el bar. El personal necesita tomar bebidas y comprobar la entrada. - No hay nevera en el bar en la habitación - No hay té o café - No hay hierro, etc - Tazas de plástico en la habitación, No hay vasos. - Sólo 2 cocinas dormidas en una cama de la Reina. - Muy difícil de encontrar su habitación, es un conejo oscuro que se encuentran a través de. Durante una noche esto es bueno, pero así es el presupuesto Ibis, que le da la misma experiencia menos unos pocos neón luzes. ¡Ahorra tu dinero y vete ahí!

1. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Está muy cerca de las atracciones y también muy cerca de la calle comercial. Tardará 10 minutos en caminar. 2. Hay un pequeño estacionamiento gratuito detrás del hotel, y también hay estacionamientos de pago a su alrededor. Como llegamos más temprano (a las 9 de la mañana), primero dejamos el auto en el estacionamiento de peaje y luego lo estacionamos cuando había espacio libre por la tarde. Y la gente del hotel también nos dio la habitación, que es muy buena. 3. El tamaño de la habitación está bien, no hay aire acondicionado, pero no hace calor y hay agua mineral gratis.

El precio del hotel es real, el desayuno es abundante, el estacionamiento es gratuito y el tránsito ferroviario U5 es conveniente para el Foro Romano. ¡Se puede decir que es una mejor opción! Lo único que no me di cuenta fue que el impuesto municipal se cobraba a dos personas en el momento del check-in. La recepción en el check-out nos pidió que pagáramos por el niño de 5 años. Todo el itinerario alemán fue la única parada que cobró el impuesto municipal por niños. Me sentí engañado.

Me gustaba este hotel. Nice personal, habitaciones OK y tranquilo. Buena ubicación cerca de la U-Bahn y paradas de tranvía o puede caminar a los alrededores de Bornheim o Zeil. No comí en el hotel. O comí en Cafe Bohne en el opuesto o caminé a Bornheim. Me quedaré aquí otra vez.

Encontramos en este hotel x caso porque donde habíamos reservado había un problema. Apartamento lo suficientemente grande x 3 personas Baño con toallas y accesorios.. Servicio de camas y limpieza todos los días.. La posibilidad de desayuno a 12,00 € por cabeza.. Zona desde la que puede llegar en menos de 20 minutos al centro y alrededor de restaurantes de todos los tipos.. muchos italianos. Diría que.. no falta nada.. Gracias a la secretaría de la mañana que nos ha dado las indicaciones necesarias.. Gracias.
