I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

Desde el servicio de aparcacoches, hasta la recepcionista (que habla un inglés perfecto), ¡hasta la habitación! HABITACIÓN: La primera impresión al entrar en la habitación fue... ¡GUAU! HUELE A LIMPIO Y BIEN! Es lo suficientemente grande para 2. Nos proporcionaron 2 botellas de agua gratis, tienen champús, jabón corporal y loción. Las almohadas son cómodas, la cama es realmente grande (pero no esperes demasiado), es lo suficientemente buena para dormir. Si buscas una comodidad EXTRA para dormir, esta no es para ti. Tienen Aire Acondicionado (que es muy importante), y funciona PERFECTO! DESAYUNO BUFFET: ¡Tienen MESERO Y MESERA maravillosos! Harán un esfuerzo adicional por usted, como cuando obtiene su café usted mismo, se ofrecerán a hacerlo por usted. Da muchas opciones cuando se trata de comida. Su comida es excelente! Todavía no puedo superar los Waffles 😅 es cierto que son un poco caros, pero si eres una persona que desayuna, ¡te recomiendo encarecidamente que consigas este! 😊 Experiencia en general, ¡fue excelente!

La TV no es nuestra prioridad principal en nuestro viaje, pero esperamos ver cosas juntos en la habitación en nuestras vacaciones. ¡No hay opciones ni plugs para cobrar por la cama! Oh, y cuando llegas con tu coche no hay generalmente valet fuera ...Ambas veces no queríamos dejar nuestro coche fuera sin esperar pero nadie salió así que tuvimos que entrar. Mi última cosa ....I tuvo un dolor de cabeza y no tenían nada, mi marido tuvo que caminar a la farmacia. No estamos demasiado lazy para caminar, pero cuando estás en un hotel llamado 5 estrellas y no tienes dolor de cabeza, ninguna capacidad de streaming o selección de medios ...No vale la pena el dinero!

Property is newly renovated, but I expected more. Pros: Good location for restaurants and shopping. Bad location if you're attending a conference at the Messe (15-20 minute ride); nice club lounge; have a spa; room decor is new and clean Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING- I could not get the fan to turn on and after sharing this with many of my colleagues- they could not either. The window opens a tiny bit for fresh air, but noisy at night. My room was stuffy and uncomfortably hot every night. Bathroom is tiny. The door opens in, so to use the toilet you have to enter the bathroom, squeeze around the door, then shut the door. The toilet is in the way of the door so it can't be opened all the way, so when getting ready and blow drying hair you have to close the bathroom door behind you. The phone was unusable. There are buttons for ”front desk” and ”spa” but none of them work. There is no guide in the room showing what numbers to use for any of the departments. I tried pressing zero hoping for an operator, but the line was dead. Useless.

We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Frankfurt home to the U.S. I picked it because it was right across the street from the train station (or so someone told me). It's technically not ”right across the street.” You need to cross the street and walk maybe a block, turn left and it's right there, just in case you're like us and dragging luggage with you. There are also taxis that just sit outside the hotel if you ever need one. We are also Bonvoy members and I had enough points so that I could pay cash and points for this hotel. I reserved a junior suite because we needed a room that could accommodate us and our 12-year-old daughter. It is surprisingly difficult to find this in Europe. I called the hotel when I booked the room maybe a month or two in advance to make sure that the junior suite could indeed accommodate us and I was told it would (the pictures of this room on the Bonvoy website are not clear--where exactly in the room is the extra bed? There isn't one. It's a rollaway. This is why I called). When we arrived, there was some confusion or a problem with getting our room with an extra bed, and that's when I reminded them that I specifically called the hotel and asked if such a room could accommodate us and I was told yes. Whatever the problem was, they got it sorted out and we had a rollaway delivered to our room when we got up there. My suggestion is that if you need an extra bed(s) for your kids, call them the day before you arrive to (re)confirm that there will be a rollaway and/or the room you reserved will indeed accommodate your family. The junior suite is not very big, but it was fine for the three of us for one night. It's true that the hotel is not in the nicest area, but you can walk to the Rhine and restaurants. If I were staying more than one night and didn't have to fly out early the next morning, I would have stayed farther in town. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good--at least it was a lot better than the breakfast at the other hotel where we stayed before coming to Frankfurt, lol. The eggs were not rubbery and overcooked, and the food selection was just better overall.

This hotel was very nicely situated with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Eschenheimer Tower was right next door with a nice little outdoor dining terrace. The hotel has an unassuming street front and the reception is actually not on the ground floor as you enter. It is very clean and the rooms make good use of the space available. Our group of three had a queen bed with sofa bed and there was plenty of room for suitcases and personal belongings. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. We appreciated the kitchenette. Staff did not have my reservation on the computer when we arrived which caused some confusion, but they were able to get us into the room we needed. They also were able to extend our stay when transport strikes delayed our departure. One nice feature is that they share a courtyard with the Moxy. We love the cool vibe of Moxy but for this trip, the room would have been too small. But we were able to enjoy the bar and lobby area due to the close proximity to the RI. Taxi/Uber to airport does not take too long. Good value for the price.

The first stay was 4 nights and 2nd stay was for 1 night during May 2023, the hotel has a prime location, close to everything you would need; undergrounds, shopping, taxi slots, supermarkets, and restaurants.. everything is located within 1-3 minutes walking distance. Service at the hotel is excellent and their dining options are reasonable particularly the 7th floor panoramic view restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was the AC in the room .. it doesn’t cool at all and the room was too hot and had to open the window and suffer street noise. I will certainly consider booking it again ONLY IF AC IS FIXED.

Encontramos en este hotel x caso porque donde habíamos reservado había un problema. Apartamento lo suficientemente grande x 3 personas Baño con toallas y accesorios.. Servicio de camas y limpieza todos los días.. La posibilidad de desayuno a 12,00 € por cabeza.. Zona desde la que puede llegar en menos de 20 minutos al centro y alrededor de restaurantes de todos los tipos.. muchos italianos. Diría que.. no falta nada.. Gracias a la secretaría de la mañana que nos ha dado las indicaciones necesarias.. Gracias.

El hotel es un hotel con una gran variedad de habitaciones, y el hotel es un hotel con una gran variedad de habitaciones. Las ventanas masivas con vistas al metro. El calefacción era brillante. Un enorme cuarto con techos altos se sentía tan cómodo. Chalecos, vestidos, mesa de cama y lámparas. Un baño de amor. La única decepción que tuve fue que el extractor de baño parecía agotado y necesitaba un reemplazo. Pero no rompió mi estancia. Desafortunadamente, mi padre y yo tuvieron que abandonar el hotel antes de que terminara nuestra estancia debido a la crisis con nuestra compañía aérea. En el hotel, el hotel se ha retirado y nos ha llevado a un taxi y a nuestro regreso al aeropuerto.
