No frills, but a clean room and very attentive and friendly staff. There is a diner right next door on one side of the hotel and a Krispy Kreme on the other. Bed and chairs were comfortable. Great if you need an affordable place to stay for a few nights.

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía reparar. El hotel se ha convertido en un hotel de 2 estrellas. El director que nos ha hablado hoy nos devolverá uno o dos de los $ por lo que había ocurrido. No hay nada que puedas hacer para que el hotel se encuentre en el centro de la ciudad. Ella dijo que debíamos habernos quejado antes WE DID no había nadie bien que él también se quejara.. Gigi fue sorprendente! Sólo uno que nos ayudó a llegar al fondo de las cosas.. I'd spend the extra $100 on a cleaner beautiful hotel.. También/ la primera habitación que estabamos en parecía que tenía pinturas de pop- y pinturas en la cama... me pregunto de dónde vinieron las rocas. No hay bugs de cama ni otros bugs. Y la última cosa que intercambiamos las habitaciones el miércoles pasado y quejamos esta mañana lunes por la mañana .... Nuestra habitación no se limpió por el mantenimiento de la casa tuvimos que pedir al gerente que se limpiara nuestra habitación... 2 estrellas.... La piscina es muy limpia-

To be fair the hotel was pretty good. The outside was not appealing to the eye but the room itself was very nice: facilities get a 5. Made reservations for one night about two weeks before my arrival. I had to push my reservation back by one day to accomodate my appointment so I canceled the reservation on expedia and made a new reservation ( 4 days before my arrival). I stayed at the hotel honoring my new reservation. I was charged for both my canceled reservation and my actual reervation. When I called they told me that they did not receive a canceled reservation from me until the day of my stay (which is false because I canceled before this date and received coonfirmation) they refused to refund me and told me to call expedia. I called expedia and they sent the refund to the hotel and the hotel refused to refund the money to me citing that they will honor their policy for same day cancellation ( which again was completed 4 days prior to my arrival) I offered to send my cancellation confirmation to them and they still refused my refund so they made double the amount of money from me (charging my card for the night I did not stay and the refund issued by expedia) very shade business between America's Best Value and Expedia.

We stayed one night. When checking in, the front desk person could not find my rate and tried to tell me if was a higher rate. This should have been my first clue as to the type of hotel it is. Going into the room, it was medium clean, but we were only staying one night and less than 12 hours so we thought we could survive. It wasn't until the next morning that we saw there was no soap for a shower, which would have been ok as I had some with me, but the water pressure was terrible, and this was at 6 am. We passed on a shower, packed our bags and went to breakfast. I told the front desk clerk and she made a production about writing down the room number and they would check out the water pressure. I also mentioned that there was no soap. She said that we could have requested another room, but they did know there wasn't enough soap available because the order didn't come in. (hello, you're by a large city; aren't there any supercenters around?) Then we ate breakfast, not a very good one, and no juice available in the machine -- what's wrong with buying plastic containers and putting the juice in a small dispenser? When we sat down, the table next to us was laughing at what I'd said to the desk clerk. They had so little water pressure that it took 20 minutes to wash out the soap in their hair! As we talked to them, they had the same complaints we did. We finished packing the car and checked out. I asked for a receipt and we had a charge for a wall safe that we never used. I asked for it to be taken off and she did so reluctantly. I will check my credit card bill to make sure this happened. All in all, I would never stay there again. I called corporate and complained, and I just received an email (not very professionally written and full of misspellings and grammar mistakes) stating that I received a discounted rate and they were not going to discount the room any more. I think I've convinced my husband that the cheapest hotel is not necessarily the way to go. Remember, you get what you pay for.

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la Torre Bell, Dave & Buster y muchos restaurantes buenos. En general, el hotel es limpio, pero en el baño me encontré un poco de pelo, tengo que usar un limpiador desinfección para limpiarlo por mí mismo. Además, el centro de fitness es lo suficientemente grande y la piscina también es agradable.

Muy buen hotel. Cumplió con lo que esperabamos de él. Limpio, buen desayuno,muy bien mantenido y bien ubicado cerca del River District, lugar precioso para recorrer y almorzar o cenar. A unos 35 minutos de Fort Myers Beach y unos 45 minutos de Sanibel Island, las dos playas que visitamos. Lugares para comer y supermercados y tiendas, relativamente cerca también. Volvería sin dudas.

Hotel muy práctico; en una habitación con dos camas dobles más el sofa en el ambiente contiguo entramos muy bien 2 adultos y 3 menores. Muy cómoda la cocina de la habitación, muy bien cuidados todos los detalles. Tiene lavaora y secadora. El desayuno muy completo para arrancar el día. Nos sentimos muy bien en general. Bien ubicado a mano para ir a cualquier lado. Muy buena atención del personal.

This was not the nicest Holiday Inn, but our stay was fine. Our room on the 4th floor was clean and smelled fresh. The man working at the front desk was friendly and helpful in getting help right away when we had a clogged toilet in the room. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. I with there was free breakfast but there's a Dunkin Donuts next door to the hotel which was convenient. The pool was freezing but that didn't deter my 8 year old!
