El hotel está a poca distancia de la Catedral/la ciudad histórica. El hotel dispone de un espacio de estacionamiento disponible que debe ser reservado previamente. Teníamos una gran habitación con vistas al jardín. Era bastante, agradable y limpio. La habitación que teníamos también tiene cocina. Si la próxima vez en Florencia, primero intentaré reservar una habitación en este hotel.

El sitio es muy bueno. Para viajar, es necesario poder moverse con facilidad, y estaba a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, y también había otras atracciones y restaurantes cerca. La habitación estaba limpia y la limpiaban a diario, así que me sentí limpia. No probé el desayuno, pero la calidad me pareció buena por el bajo precio.

El lugar es muy cómodo con execelente servicio y personal. El desayuno es perfecto y completo. El barrio es súper tranquilo,cerca del río y de lindos lugares para caminar y disfrutar. A casi 3 km del ruido del centro, ideal para caminarlo.

During our stay at Leone Blu Hotel, we were transported to a captivating Renaissance experience. Housed within an actual 1400s castle, the hotel offered a unique and authentic Tuscan ambiance. Our multi-level room featured genuine old art and provided a breathtaking view of the sunset and multiple bridges. The prime location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions, and the breakfast spread, along with made-to-order cappuccinos, was stellar. The front desk team member's assistance in making local restaurant reservations, thanks to her native Italian fluency, was invaluable. Every reason that one chooses a hotel for, this one excelled in all of them. From the staff, to the room, to the food, to the facilities, to the view, this hotel in unmatched in Florence.

El hotel está lejos de la antigua ciudad, pero ofrece un viaje de autobús, las instalaciones de la habitación y la sanidad son buenas. También hay una buena cosa para los fans. El partido principal de la Florencia se reunirá en el hotel un día antes, y tendremos suerte de encontrarnos y dejar una foto con las estrellas.

Muy satisfecho en general con el hotel. No conocía la cadena de hoteles B y B pero me he llevado una grata sorpresa con el servicio. Conserjería con muy amable atención durante todos los horarios. Tienen recepcion 24horas. Desayuno bastante completo para el precio. Habitaciones limpias. Excelente señal de WIFI y TV con Chromecast ! Tienen un mini market muy completo 24horas con microondas, cubiertos y vasos para poder sacarte de apuro si llegas tarde al hotel y deseas comer allí. La única ”limitante” es que está ligeramente un poco alejado del centro de actividades aunque tomando el tranvia se puede llegar en 15-20 minutos más 5 cuadras caminando pero es por ello que el precio de este hotel está algo más económico que los del centro. Lo recomiendo y volvería a ir si tuviera que regresar a Firenze.

Ha sido una experiencia totalmente positiva. El hotel es muy acogedor, con instalaciones adecuadas y confortables. El personal, muy agradable y atento, satisfaciendo todas las necesidades de los huéspedes. La habitación de categoría superior, excepcional. Posee una bonita piscina que no se nos ha permitido utilizar. El desayuno buffet está muy controlado, por lo que te toman el pedido en la mesa y luego te traen los alimentos. Hemos percibido, falta de personal, ya que las esperas en atención eran demasiado extensas. Las medidas de prevención para el coronavirus son acordes con las exigidas. El resultado final es muy satisfactorio y recomendamos totalmente visitar este hotel.

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.
