La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, varias iglesias, plazas, museos, galerías de arte y puentes.
Reservé la habitación más barata, era muy pequeña, solo había una pequeña ventana en el primer piso y el baño estaba solo volteado.
Se siente oscuro y la calefacción está controlada de forma centralizada. No sé cómo ajustarla la primera noche.
El desayuno del hotel solo tiene fiambres, pero es bastante rico. El restaurante servirá la cena por la noche.Hay muchas pegatinas Michelin de este restaurante en la entrada del hotel, pero después de comerlo, solo el servicio puede mantenerse.
El estacionamiento es cooperativo, y las personas en el estacionamiento conducirán el automóvil.Si desea utilizar el automóvil durante su estadía, debe comunic**** con la recepción con 20 minutos de anticipación y debe pagar el servicio de estacionamiento. Sin embargo, no hay muchas oportunidades para conducir en el centro de Florencia.

What’s a pleasant surprise! My hubby and I thought it’s going to be a predictable and ordinary hotel but we were proven wrong. The location is about 10 mins away from the train station. Our stay at Hotel Rivoli was definitely one of the most memorable and value for money we have had in Italy, given the cleanliness, the amenities provided and friendliness of staff. Our room has a small veranda which we had made it a point to have a relaxing glass of wine every night. The hotel is also currently having lovely Christmas seasons exhibits for school children.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous garden and a hot tub heated year round- great way to relax after a day of walking everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls are thin though so you will hear everything so fingers crossed you have quiet neighbours

Really my favorite hotel even the room was small but all amenities and bed are so comfortable and usually you won’t stay too much in the room whenever I came back in Florence, the breakfast is amazing and the service is always good not to mention the location is really close to the station and all the attractions in center

This is a good place to take care of your camera before you stay. You'll have to press the shutters from the sculpture behind the front desk, the small garden in the center of the hotel, to the interior of the restaurant where you can read magazines and newspapers. There is also Sky Juice (Lemon Water), which is provided for free in front of the elevator. It's a little ambiguous whether the small bar is a place to drink coffee or enjoy cocktails, but the atmosphere is still good. The pillow is impressive in the room. Let's not expect much space. We offer free drinks on the first day, but we didn't get free drinks every day just because we stayed for three consecutive days. Sensitive people will feel the floor is uneven. If you drop something on the floor, it will keep rolling in one direction. So the doors don't exactly engage. Windows have to be lucky to open. Unfortunately, I didn't see the garden but only the wall. The bathroom gives the impression of making the most of the space, and the shower and shower booth are factors that negatively affect the hotel. Since the front desk is not looking at the front door, you will have to look around to be welcomed. You can't control the heating at will in the room. If it's cold, you have to call the front desk, and you should be lucky to use hot water early in the morning. The inside is more beautiful than the outside, but not everyone is the best.

The hotel is very well decorated with Christmas spirit! The staffs are all very nice and helpful! The room is spacious and neat. There is also a small swimming pool in the hotel. But the hotel is quite old so some facilities are worn.

Lovely surprise of a hotel off of a side street, very close to the train station in Florence. My little single room was perfect, and the windows opened onto the courtyard; I like fresh air in night. Very close to everything, lovely staff. I sat at the bar drinking Campari spritz and writing. The barman played beautiful mellow and evocative music. I made friends with other travellers
