這個酒店很下頭，我預訂了兩晚，住了一晚後第二天大早上來房間門口敲門説第二晚滿了不能住了，還好在攜程的幫助下我們換了一個酒店。前台的態度也非常差，前一晚我們問了值夜班的工作人員能不能洗衣服，她不會英語用翻譯告訴我説今天太晚了明天早上可以洗，加上洗衣房敞開着門房間旁邊，第二天被他們叫醒後我就去洗衣服，結果一個工作人員質問我們誰允許我們這麼做？最後還被收了100里拉。這個酒店的一系列操作都是迷，房間床上被子都沒有，就是一張加大的泛黃浴巾。避雷避雷避雷。

번화가에서 가깝고, 호텔이 깔끔하고 최신식입니다.
와이파이도 잘 잡혀서 편하게 지냈습니다.
다만 주변이 번화가여서 저녁에 좀 소음이 있고, 조식은 그냥 소소 합니다.
그외에는 만족합니다.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. El personal no es nada amable, son bastante bordes, en el checkin no nos informaron de nada, cuando les pregunté por la hora de desayuno y wifi, contestaron de muy malas formas. La ubicación es genial, en pleno centro en una calle peatonal y a 15mtos andandos de las tumbas licias. El desayuno horroroso y el personal también maleducado, les preguntamos por el café, y nos señalan desde lejos un tarro de nescafé…

We booked the hotel last minute for our family of 5. Their top floor family room was perfect. The shower was very good and service was great. The lady in the reception (whose name I forgot even though she’s written it down for me and I lost the paper! ) was particularly helpful in arranging the room and airport transfer for us at last minute. It was unfortunate that the double bed’s mattress was not good. We both kept rolling into the middle. Also, air conditioning or ventilation in the girls’ room was noisy all night. Thus the 4 stars only for the room.

After arriving at the hotel having not made any pre-booking I was very kindly welcomed to the hotel with a lovely nice clean fresh room. The room is very modern and the hotel has different room types to choose from. Unfortunately I was not able to get a rooftop room but they look fabulous, when I come back I will definitely be coming back here with my family. I still have 6 days left and hope they will be as good as my stay at the hotel so far! 😀👍🤟🏼 The staff at the hotel can’t do enough to help with any questions and advice. The restaurant at the hotel has excellent food and staff, again very helpful with any dietary requirements. 🏩👍👌

Although we didn’t stay at this hotel, we used the restaurant a few times, the food was lovely and very reasonable and the staff very attentive. Spaghetti bolognaise was very tasty as were the burgers. Well worth a try.
