The hotel itself is a great little place. I will stay there again. The negative,the time it took to check in was soooooo slow though.
I arrived with 3 of my co-workers. I was #3 in line (we had different rooms) and it took every bit of 15 minutes or more to get us checking in at the front desk.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Falfurrias. Their desk clerk, Junie is exceptional. She always makes sure our stay goes off without a hitch. Rooms are clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This is the third time ive stayed at this hotel and its been clean and easy to check in every single time. We got fresh towels daily when housekeeping would come by if we needed them and they came later to clean up the room when we were out.
I saw they had breakfast from 6AM-9AM but I would wake up too late to use it, which is on me and not the hotel obviously.

Cleaning crew would take dirty sheets and pillow cases i put on the floor and put them back in the bed as if they changed them, and management was notified and the problem continued to happen. There was bugs and the internet was not strong enough to connect even the tv to. I stayed here for months and the gym stayed closed down. Hot tub does not work either. It is the same two breakfast meals switched on and off it’s just a different way of cooking the eggs each time. The only good about staying so much was getting the reward points for free nights at better best westerns. I do not recommend staying here long term.

Came to visit family for the weekend. Previously stayed here a year ago. Room was really clean both times, but this last stay, room was very clean, but had a bit of a nasty smell. Other than that, everything else was great.

This location was excellent and would definitely stay again. I love the customer service and overall cleanliness of the location. Customer service was definitely a priority for the staff which left very satisfied with my stay.

The room was great! The bed could have been a little softer. But, that's just a personal preference. My son was satisfied with his bed. Everything was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Ceiling fan was a pleasant surprise!

We loved that the property was so close to town to visit family. The room was very clean! The only thing that didn't work was the hair dryer. But no big deal. Staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was great!!
