Estepona Holiday Hills

Nos alojamos aquí el 22 de septiembre durante una semana. ¡Nos encantó absolutamente! El apartamento es nuevo, moderno y espacioso. La vista desde nuestro apartamento era hacia Estepona y la pequeña piscina, lo cual era muy agradable. La cocina proporcionaba todo lo necesario para preparar sus propias comidas. El supermercado está a 5 minutos en coche de Holiday Hills. Había un restaurante abierto durante nuestra estancia, pero había mucha variedad y los precios eran razonables. El cambio de toallas y ropa de cama se hacía una vez por semana, lo cual era suficiente. No es necesario limpiar después del check out, eso está previsto. Asegúrate de traer paños de cocina, etc., no están incluidos. El personal de recepción muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. También puedes comprar entradas para utilizar la gran zona de fitness del terreno (5 € por visita). Hay una combinación de lavadora/secadora en la despensa detrás de la cocina. ¡También la plancha y la tabla de planchar están cubiertas! Suficientes piscinas para tu entretenimiento. Ubicación muy buena para explorar los alrededores de Andalucía. ¡Definitivamente regresaremos aquí!

Un fin de semana muy especial, pasado en un espacioso apartamento con magníficas vistas al mar. Habitaciones modernas y confortables, salas comunes amplias y bien decoradas con acceso a un césped comunitario. Ubicación muy tranquila, personal extremadamente servicial y amable. Una experiencia para repetir, especialmente fuera de temporada.

The apartment is great! The pool is fantastic. The level of quality is above average. But there is a big BUT: the apartments are extremely noisy. Especially if people are sitting on the balcony. You hear every door and toilet flush. The neighbors were talking and laughing out loud and it felt they were in the public hallway in front of our door. But they weren’t. They were in their apartment. Sliding chairs, walking or kids running above you… you hear it all until early in the morning. The location is beautiful. Very good gym (although you have to pay for it.) And you have to pay for cleaning which you have to book early as it is too busy. The other guests are a bit more civilized than where we were last year in Estepona. It has a higher standard. It is such a pity that it is so noisy. If you book this be sure you are in one of the top apartments. You might suffer less of the noise.

All pools closed until further notice, this is still happening in 2024! Nothing for the children to do , as pools closed by Law re water restrictions. Making it a miserable holiday, and pointless, we are not beach people! Play park on the front, but that’s it!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Our 3 bed apartment was huge with the most gorgeous views over Estepona and the sea. I called reception a couple of times for some minor issues which were resolved instantly and they were really helpful. We went in August 2023 and had no issue whatsoever getting sunbeds, as attached photos show. Staff were friendly and polite. Slightly confusing rules in the pool about toys/floats...sometimes you could have a ball, sometimes they say no and other times they say you can have it but can't play games by the side with it. Estepona is around a 20 min downhill walk which is completely do able but worth noting if you are less mobile. The journey back is a steep uphill walk but we did this with our 3 kids no problem. We did find that local taxis were a lot more expensive for a family of 5 than if we were a 4 but we didnt need to use them much. We'll definitely be returning.

This place isn’t what I expected, we stay in 4/5 star all the time. First, there is not enough sun loungers around the pool. We got up, went to spend a day around the pool, so put our towel down spent at least 2 hours, on the beds then went to the on-site shop. Only to return 20 minutes later to have another person sat on our beds. This is also done by staff, but seems to only be the English that are having there towels removed. There are day bed, which are supposedly booked up 12 months in advance although always empty with mattresses removed. Staff our rude, and unhelpful. Children’s pool but not allowed to play with any pool toys, balls etc. Called reception several times about missing Tv power cable and Ariel’s told someone would return the call but never did… Apartment, is reasonable! Very dusty due to on-going work on the next phase, broker blinds, dogs barking and howling all day and night, foot paths have dog poo that haven’t been cleaned in 10 days. Unfortunately, they are not very hospitable to the English, couldn’t do enough when we where enquiring to book, as soon as they had our payment, never wanted to know. We travel to Estepona every year to visit friends and family, will certainly not be returning to this place.

We have just visited and it is a beautiful location. The garden 2 bed apartment was finished in high quality and very spacious. No complaints about the apartment at all. The garden lounge area was huge looking out over Estepona. 2 pools on-site. Plenty of sun loungers around both. Staff in the poolside blue duck snack bar very friendly and nothing is an issue. Lunch portions are very big. Pools are very cold but it is April! Reception / check in very easy and 24 hour gate security so feels very safe on the complex. WhatsApp with reception is handy and they will help or arrange with anything you request. We have a rented car so location is no problem and plenty of parking on-site outside our apartment. Only €5-€10 in a taxi / Uber into the town. Tennis and sports available in the sports Center on-site. We didn’t use but looked busy. We will certainly book again in the near future.

Fantastic accommodation with great facilities and lovely pool. Bar / Restaurant reasonably priced but good quality. Deli was wonderful although a little expensive Reception very helpful Main Town under 10 euro in Taxi which are readily available
