We have choosen this hotel just for sleep one night. But we felt safe during our stay.

人情味很足的酒店，住了三晚，很多當地人或者旅遊團也來此住宿。免費停車場，如果是租車來這個城市會很省心。酒店在市郊，但不荒涼，畢竟城市也不算太大。附近有很好吃的土耳其館子。

Resepsiyondaki sorumlu kişiler müşteri karşılama konusunda çok kötüler . Vale hizmeti yok arabayı kendimiz parkettik. Boş bulduğumuz bir yere park etmemiz söylendi . Kendi eşyalarımızı kendimiz taşıdık . Odaya kadar yardımcı olanda yoktu . Ramada Otelinin bir çok şubesinde konaklama yaptım ama bu kadar kötü bir karşılama beklemiyordum bence yakışmadı !

Otelin konumu çok güzel, merkeze çok yakın. Çok temiz bir otel. Çatı katında gökyüzü manzaralı odayı tercih ettik. Çok da güzeldi. Oda büyüklüğü ***et iyi. Önünde özdilek avm var. Otopark sorunu yok. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Ramada kalitesi mükemmel.

Staff at the front desk were unaware as to how to make charge on Contactless credit card. She swiped and returned my Wyndham Rewards Visa Card saying it did not work....
Secondly, she overcharged me by about TL150 against the price notified by ******* on travel confirmation email. The entire check-in process was unfriendly and unpleasant, it looked like the staff had been forced to stay at the front desk.
Thirdly, there was no parking at the site as shown on booking by *******
Fourthly, the wheelchair accessible room was too small particularly when the extra bed was placed for a third adult.
Lastly, the rate charged for extra bed was higher than what ******* stated in its travel confirmation
Overall, as Wyndham Gold Member #1133770204G I didn't get any better service than a non-member.

Very nice hotel. Good location and easy to park. Excellent staff and the breakfast was great.
We were 2 adults and one child. The bed was actually so large we easily fitted all three so the extra bed was not used. The room was a very good size.
Walking distance to the shopping center Espark, approx 10 minutes.
We will come back.
