We had an excellent experience at Creativhotel Luise. This sustainable hotel is very well located, right next to the city centre of Erlangen (beautiful city, well worth the visit!). The team and the owner are great, very friendly and passionate about the fantastic eco initiatives they have implemented at the hotel. I definitely recommend and will go back.

The front desk welcome and service were exceptional. The beds very comfortable, and we appreciated all the attention to environmentally conscious choices. This was our second stay, and the hotel itself and the spirit of the place were even better. We enjoyed our dinner delivery in the lounge after a long day, with delicious wine available at the hotel. The sauna environment was well-appointed, clean, relaxing. We definitely plan to stay here again!

The rooms are tiny. Some of the personnel are unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was almost empty when you come to eat after 9am. The hotel is used mainly by very short time visitors/tourists. Although the hotel claims to be bio and environmental friendly, I did not see any difference compared to other hotels. I do not recommend this hotel.

A lot has changed over the years and I have seen much improvement. The eco hotel has a great roof top terrace and I love staying there. The staff is very friendly and there a many places to explore in this hotel. I hope to come back soon. I recommend checking out the spa and maybe try a massage? I will try it next time for sure!

Came back to this hotel after few years. Remained the best hotel in Erlangen. Luisa is very well located. In a small street, but very close to the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast and the staff is professional and friendly.

Ein wirklich sehr angenehmes Hotel. Empfang, Zimmer und das gesamte Ambiente sind sehr gut, vor allem sehr freundlich. Man spürt an allen Ecken und vor allem im Service, hier bin ich als Gast im Mittelpunkt. Es macht viel Freude die vielen tollen Ideen zu erkunden, vor allem wenn man unter dem Sternenhimmel schlafen darf. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine Empfehlung. letzter Punkt, es ist sehr gut gelegen, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Das Auto kann stehen bleiben!

Leider eine Fehlbuchung meinerseits. Ich habe leider andere Ansprüche an ein Hotel. Die Website auf ********* hat mich überlistet. Wie auch immer, ich habe andere Erwartungen an ein Hotel und dieses hier war ein Ausrutscher. Gebucht unter: Erfahrung. Damit es höflich bleibt: Alles Gute.

Supertolles Hotel, alles sehr nachhaltig und ausgestattet mit Liebe zu um Detail. Frühstück einfach nur super - alles Bio - mit riesiger Auswahl und top Qualität.
