衞生: 還是可以的。
環境：隔壁火車站，對面古城，150€貴是貴了點。
服務：兩台電腦前台，一個連電話不接待，一個慢慢悠悠。等待時間長。日常也看不到服務。
設施：想給滿分，服務想給0分，拉低一分吧。好的設施浪費了。

酒店離火車站很近，就幾分鐘，所以去任何地方都很方便。埃爾福特是個很有德國特色的城市，很慶幸選擇來到這裏旅行，以後有機會再來

Short business trip. Good value for money. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Coffee, juices are low end. Rest fine.
No fitness facility but for the price more than ok

Clean property, AC for the heat as it was a hot weekend . Great breakfast and Mindy our receptionist was lovely as was everyone else. Walking distance from the train station. Would come back .

Rooms are well done and fairly quiet for a location next to train station. Staff was very nice. Free hot chocolate and coffee was a hit with the family. Played games downstairs which was nice.

Excellent location for arrival by train, just a short walk. Room was very modern but extremely small. Breakfast was very good but lacking any hot items.
