No issues except one. Long black hair revealed in sink on arrival which could have been from housekeeping. Other than that, the room was fine. I had stayed here many years ago when it was another chain but they appear to be keeping up with the new HI Express decor, etc. Overall the stay was decent enough for a night.

My stay (July 3rd through July 5th) was a restful and relaxing experience. My room was very clean and comfortable. My room passed my white glove test which is very, very rare post Covid when so many hotels are cutting corners. The bed, the pillows, the shower head and water pressure were excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. The checking in and out process was very easy. The hotel is modern and clean. It was a fully booked hotel yet very quiet. The pantry area was well stocked and maintained. We slept in and needed more towels amongst other things and there were no issues with getting the necessary items. With only a short 15 minute drive to AC, this is a great spot to be close by but still away from all of the noise and crowds. I wound definitely recommend and return.
