Premier Inn Edinburgh East

Encontramos nuestra habitación muy pequeña ya que éramos dos. Sentimos que esta habitación era para una sola persona, ya que no tenía baño, ni cajones para poner la ropa y la ventana era una pared de ladrillos, aparte de un pequeño trozo de vidrio a un lado si estas son las nuevas habitaciones de este hotel no estoy impresionado

la ubicación en el centro de la ciudad era buena, el hotel está anticuado y necesita un cambio general, no está a la altura de las muchas posadas Premier en las que me he alojado, las habitaciones están muy anticuadas, el cabezal de la ducha no está muy limpio y hay un olor a humedad en algunos pasillos

Mi esposa y yo nos alojamos aquí por cuatro noches mientras visitábamos Edimburgo y encontramos el hotel idealmente ubicado, a solo un corto y fácil viaje en autobús desde el centro de la ciudad. Hay dos paradas de autobús a pocos pasos del hotel, ya sea a la izquierda oa la derecha de la entrada del aparcamiento, a intervalos regulares durante todo el día y con un precio de 1,80 GBP directamente a la ciudad. Utilizamos el hotel prácticamente como una cama para pasar la noche. La habitación era lo suficientemente grande, limpia y cómoda, con una ducha en el baño. Té, café, leche, etc. adicionales a pedido, así como servicio de habitaciones y toallas limpias, lo cual se explicó al registr****. El estacionamiento es gratuito y temprano en la noche parecía lleno durante la duración de nuestra estadía. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia aquí y nos encantaría volver a alojarnos aquí cuando volvamos a Edimburgo, sin duda lo recomendaríamos.

Stayed here for 4 nights, comfortable,clean and quiet, reception staff all very polite. Now on to the barmaid in the bar/restaurant Completely ignored us for 10 minutes while I was stood at the till waiting to be seated to eat in the restaurant on our first night and my wife stood at the bar waiting to be served being totally ignored even after I was shown our table . She was very rude and disrespectful. Needless to say We didn’t eat in the restaurant we left and ate elsewhere. On to the room it’s self as always comfortable bed and a great nights sleep, But we did have a blocked sink in the bathroom that we reported but it never got unblocked so for the 4 days we were there we had to use the bath taps for brushing our teeth. We also ran out of toilet paper on the second night which we also reported and asked for more which we never received also! Overall I don’t think I’d book again to stay at this particular site, very disappointing to be honest.

Room 112 … No Heating in Bedroom .. portable Heater ( Not Much Good ) The seal Had gone in Window .. did Have Secondary windows didn’t do Much Good tried to Move Rooms But cause they were apparently Fully booked .. Could Not Change Breakfast was ok , But restaurant Staff was Eating their Breakfast in between serving customers Bar/ Restaurant Has hit or miss Opening Times throughout The Year I Have stayed a many of different premier Inns , And Have to say This is the Worst one .. Hotel/ Restaurant is Dated And Needs a revamp

Team working here were all very friendly, fast and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable, we slept really well. Prem inn breakfast is always good - this was better than most because of the team running it

Reception Staff & Room cleanliness all excellent! The restaurant is dreadful. Staff have a couldn't care less attitude . Dreadful service & lo g wait ar Wait to be seated sign. Don't expect a welcome!

Booked for a day at the races,tried to arrange an early check in online as advised,emailed 3 times and got no reply. Turned up early anyway only to be told absolutely no chance unless you want me to ask the people in your allocated room to leave now. Came back around 730 to have dinner in the attached Lady Nairns restaurant,now there was only another 3 people in the restaurant,I asked if the fish was fresh or frozen to be told of course it’s fresh,but you guessed it was frozen & greasy. My brother in law only wanted chicken goujons with a side of corn,the waitress didn’t even know they sold corn as a side. All in all very poor from start to finish.Has put me off the brand.

Arrived after 3 and was dealt with quickly at reception check in easy roo. Lovely and clean and a great bathroom Very comfy bed and slept well throughout the stay. The meal deal was great value and the food was great service staff were great, very cheerful and nothing was too much trouble
