I enjoyed the location of the hotel being in the heart of thriving Camden Street. The staff were very friendly.

Beds were dirty. When informed reception they told me I had to wait for the manager the day after. The day after they told me the manager was not in and I would be contacted. 2 days later still no contact. As a business, shame on you for this silly behaviour and horrible customer service.

We was staying there for an event we had booked. I asked for an iron and I waited 30minutes and it never arrived after being told it would be brought up. Only negative.

Hay una discoteca debajo y se oye en la habitacion muy fuerte. Te dejan en la mesita tapones. Si buscas tranquilidad y silencio no es tu sitio. Pero esta muy bien situado

Cómodo, accesible, limpio y amables. Me gustó mucho. Hubo mucho ruido toda la noche y al parecer es común porque nos dejaron tapones para los oídos. Por eso pudimos descansar.

Only problem was I’d dropped my Apple Watch in the room somewhere and haven’t been able to get in touch with the staff. Nobody seems to be answering the phones.

Area was perfect! And hotel was cleanliness was faultless.
Only concern was we had someone try to enter our room when one of our friends was on her own in there late at night. When we returned back early hours one morning our door was open. Nothing gone, but very concerning.

This night away was a spur of the moment but to say it was the best unplanned trip, the hotel was amazingly comfortable with all mod cons in a small hotel
