Decent hotel but the food (especially dinner) not very good value for money. Otherwise fine

Отдел на твёрдую троечку.В принципе не далеко от главного Мола и в нем же фонтанов-поющих.А номере и кофемашины и каждый день две бутылки воды.И каждый день убираются,но зубных щеток и пасты с такими звёздам увы нет(((Но есть гладильная доска,уже плюс))Вечерлм можно посидеть на балкончике посидеть выпить кофе и посмотреть как каналу ходят яхты и город начинает наполняться иллюминацией..Да возят на пляж.Наверное,если вы приехали узнать город и у вас ни так много времени,то один раз съездить ДА и один раз сходить на последнем этаже в бассейн тоже ДА посмотреть на маленькую часть города с одной стороны и на ,,пустыню,, с другой стороны.А если не будет свободных лежаков,то вы будете сидеть и ждать,когда отводится лежак.При резервирования отеля,я купила с поездкой на пляж,ни советую с ней брать,переплата и так ,за отель,который ни стоит заявленных денег.Завтраки не интересные,но что-то из того,что есть ,,придумать,, можно.Но т.к в страну много,что завозят и своего нет.На завтраки у вас будет обжаренная колбаса,ни понятно зачем))),сосиски тоже обжаренные зачем-то ,фрукты,йогурты,омлет,яйца зелень,но выбора ее оооочень мало. Русскоговорящего менеджмента на стойки нет,как было заявлено,если вы не говорите по английски будет сложно.Конда сидите и завтраке ни внутри ,,зоны для завтрака,, а на улице,просите поставить штучку от мух.Мух оооочень много.В общем вывод такой.Хотите отель, читайте внимательно и смотрите подробно на карте.Прямого пути как пишут до мола нет,до моря так же.В ,,шаговой доступности,, возможно только выйдя из отеля и пройдя метром 200-300 в лево,будет ,,придомовой,, супермаркет.

The hotel was generally great. Rooms were modern and clean. The hotel backs onto the canal which you can walk along for miles. The front of the property faces the highway and my room faced that way so I could hear traffic at night but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. The balcony doors are locked by default for security but you can ask them to open it for you. The restaurant downstairs was good. The breakfast buffet was good too with a decent selection of food. The wifi was spotty during the day for some reason. Considering the low price and location of the hotel, I would definitely be open to staying again.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. Maybe due to Ramadan… no sure but there was music playing until the early morning hours. Otherwise very quiet. I was charged for hotel taxi for 4 days to go to Dubai Mall before being told that there’s was a daily shuttle. On Day 5… I go to catch the shuttle and was told it already left even it was earlier than the scheduled pick up. I felt like I was being scammed.

All I can say is that we had such an amazing time staying here. The hotel was sparkling clean, everything you need you will find here. The staff was so helpful and we also enjoyed some time on the rooftop pool. Its very close to the downtown area so location is perfect. You wont be disappointed with your stay here.

Very clean and good amenities. Very nice lobby coffee shop, everything is superb quality, especially for the price. Would stay again but get a waterfront view!

The hotel is excellent. Great breakfast, clean, but there is no walking access to shopping or dining. Easy access by taxi to downtown and major attractions.

Certain staff members, including Sidhu, Kaim, and the person who initially delivered my luggage and unwrapped my luggages, demonstrated exceptional kindness and assistance, which I truly valued. Their support was greatly appreciated, contributing to an overall service rating of 4.5/5. However, there are areas for improvement, particularly in the timeliness of service delivery. For instance, despite requesting a shower cap twice, it was not provided. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was delighted to receive an upgrade upon arrival, and the room exceeded my expectations with its stunning views of both the city and waterfront. I look forward to returning as the hotel's location is superbly convenient.
