這家酒店位於東興市著名海灘度假區——萬尾金灘外的主要交通幹道上，離沙灘步行百米左右即可到達，酒店周圍有餐館，位置生活十分便利。酒店房間面積很大，但是酒店設施感覺已經明顯老化，房間內的衞生狀況也很一般，居住的體驗不是太好。

和老公上海自駕游到防城港，酒店離海邊和農貿市場步行都很近，住10樓看的到海，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，水很大

酒店離沙灘衹有300米左右，就在馬路邊上，門口開闊，停車位很多。酒店大廳很大，有一兩套功夫茶具桌椅在哪裡擺放着。一看過去曾經輝煌過。整棟樓12層都有客房。裝修很不錯的，衞生也打掃得乾淨。房間很大，衞生間也很大。一切設施齊全。在同一個地段價格卻不算是高的，然而卻沒有幾個人訂住。我在網上訂的80元，但所住的房子可值160元。為什麼隔壁那幾家店的條件不如它，客源卻有很多呢？我不理解。也許是價格牌子上的虛標價格嚇退了很多不會玩智能手機的一批人！還有可能是在經營理念上有待商榷。可以借鑒隔壁的悦來客棧的做法，可以進行低價位的長短租，每月1000左右，包水電可以自己做飯。畢竟現在的長者越來越多了，還有些窮講究，自己做飯放心衞生！

酒店位於東興金灘附近，離海邊很近走路過去大概十幾分鍾就能看見沙灘了，酒店門前有免費的停車位，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生，能遠遠的看見海面，附近有很多當地特色的餐館吃飯很方便。

690元的房間，90元的體驗，1.房間的吹風機是壞的，想打電話給前台，電話機根本打不了，用手機打貼在牆上的兩個服務電話，一個是空號，另一個是其他民宿的電話，網站留的號碼也是一直通話中，衹能自己下樓到前台，結果前台説他們前台電話壞了，也沒有其他號碼能聯繫他們，有問題下樓説！我真是……大無語！2.隔音超級差，過道聲音一清二楚，樓下車來車往，清晨不懂哪裡一直傳來微信收款10元……的聲音，一夜沒睡好！3.房間格局差，套房共用一個衞生間也就算了，房間是不規則的三角形，床就擺在橫樑下面，非常壓抑。非常差的住宿體驗。價格和體驗完全不匹配。不會再入住，不建議大家入住！差評！

房間在11樓，辦入住剛打開房間門就很臭煙，床頭有點煙灰，枕頭和被子也挺臭煙味。廁所的馬桶蓋壞了也沒修，會脱落。想開窗通氣，發現衹能打開一點點。早上很早就被吵醒，隔音比較差。而且早上我們房間早早就有廚房炒菜的味道，持續了好久，被薰醒了。
