Hotel de lujo con excelentes instalaciones. Gran playa privada. Gran Spa. A unos 20 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y el Museo Nacional. La mejor manera es tomar un taxi / Careem. Más cerca del aeropuerto y del centro histórico, pero más lejos de otras atracciones como Corniche y más allá

Gran hotel muy buenas instalaciones y servicio, el personal muy atento. la ubicación es excelente a pocos metros de Souq Waqif Infinity en el piso 20 y la piscina están muy bien tambien Aura, Aramika y Putri brindan un muy buen servicio durante el desayuno

Muy lamentable decir que el menú es corto y poco saludable para el servicio de habitación, el restaurante no es opción porque es mas corto aún y lento, y el restaurant de lobby es una gran sala de fumar de donde saldrá con la ropa impregnada de olor a cigarrillo. Si tiene suerte la habitación estará completa, revise al llegar si tiene el equipo para planchar, la bata de baño, las pantuflas, o la bolsa de lavandería para evitar sorpresas porque siempre falta algo. Lleve su despertador y ajustelo a la hora porque la llamada para despertar no es confiable.

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! It’s conveniently located Uber was less than £5 to airport, I came in via metro since I fancied an adventure got off at Souq Waqif but there was so much construction I was filthy and couldn’t find it that I walked back & took Uber but it’s only 5-10min walk Uber estaba solo £1.70 Estaba allí sólo debido a un 20h de layout. La habitación con cocina estaba limpia, el personal estaba amigable y la cama estaba cómoda. No dormiba en el tiempo porque mi vuelo estaba a las 2 horas, así que no puedo comentar el desayuno. Me dejaron comprobar también en el principio. Eso es bueno para un breve parada, pero cualquiera en vacaciones estará molesto con la construcción si usted es alguien que se queda en hoteles todo el día en lugar de explorar la ciudad.

Este hotel lo tiene todo! Lujo, un desayuno increíblemente variado y de altísima calidad, una ubicación sorprendente con unas vistas de las habitaciones increíbles de toda la ciudad de Doha. Ademas de todo eso, tiene un personal humano de muy alta calidad y servicio internacional. Agradezco por la atención recibida tanto para mi como agente y acompañante de viajes grupales por todo el mundo como a cada uno de los 13 pasajeros que viajaron con migo. 10/10 Servicio. Muy ocupado hotel dificultad para ingresar temprano a menos que pague una tarifa de reserva temprana.

OK, so based on reviews etc decided to stay here even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty member. Arrived at 6am and was not expecting a room for early check-in but if you don't ask then you will not know. Walked up to checkin counter, no greeting what so ever. Asked if it was possible to checkin early and he said no and that they are totally full. No occupancy left. I said OK fair enough. I said I wanted to pay for breakfast for 2 adults for 6 nights so wanted to go eat breakfast at that time. They said it would be 150 QAR each per day. I said I had an email from the reservations team that it was 115. They said no that was wrong and not sure why reservations would say that. Asked to speak with manager who arrived promptly. Told him that I was told to checkin later at 2pm but wanted to clarify breakfast costs. He told me to sort breakfast costs out direct with restaurant but he said he can give me a room straight away at 6am (even though it was an upgraded room which I know it was not). So for a hotel that was at full capacity that now had rooms available was appreciated. Went to room, left luggage then headed to breakfast to pay for 2 adults. Lady there said it was 150 per couple! So now, 3 different prices but as I got it at the cheapest version I went with that, LOL. OK, so the breaskfast is crap. Cold food sorry to say but really a breakfast spread...more just cold stuff, continental....and you can get eggs/waffles, avocado/toast. Bakes beans cold, halloumi cold, mushrooms on one day stone cold. Me and my wife were vegetarian (no egg either) so limited in options. The managers Anuj and specially Reda did pull it out of the bag and got us hash browns and parathas when we asked but not sure why these sort of options have to be requested. Normally, what you pay is what you get but at 115 each (around £25 each the breakfast is crap). It was only because Expedia was going to re-imburse me that we went for breakfast, otherwise we would have gone to the vegan cafes opposite - Mylk or EverGreens). The rooms, nothing special. Clean but weighing scales not working, TV channels crap and water leaking from shower area into bathroom area so had to block it off with a towel. Location is OK...opposite a good shopping mall, but to be honest I would just pay a little more and stay at the Marriott which is linked to the Mall. Now this is where the pain was. Whenever we wanted to leave the hotel and go to the Gate Mall next door we would have to get off at floor 2, walk across the lobby to catch another lift to get to the ground floor. Our key card did not allow us to go all the way down to the ground floor from our room floor. Security told me to get access from the reception. I asked Mohammed at reception if I could get that and he said that option was only available for long stay guests and because we were there for ONLY 6 nights it would not be possible to arrange that. I told him that was useless and he could not care less

Accesible en metro desde el aeropuerto. Buen servicio por parte del personal de recepción, especialmente el Sr. Fairoz, quien fue muy amable al ayudarme y brindarme algunos consejos, incluso me ayudó a tomar algunas fotos bonitas. El hotel en sí no es tan malo como lo describen algunos en los comentarios. La habitación y el desayuno buffet eran bastante decentes. La distancia es buena si quieres estar cerca del Museo Nacional y de una estación de metro. Souq Waqif tampoco está muy lejos caminando de noche.

La habitación del hotel era muy cómoda ... tranquila ... el camarero era bueno ... el agua de la ducha era un poco más pequeña ... los demás son perfectos
