Amazing. Reservation, reception, clean, equipped, location, parking, almost everything. The only concern was the WIFI, it was weak. It would be better if do something about it. I recommend it for families and groups. Stay is good compared to the price.

Our stay at Steigenberger residence hotel exceeded our expectations. The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean with modern decor. The breakfast included many options to choose from. The staff were very friendly, polite and professional. The hotel was in a great location and easily recognisable by its unique shape. There is a hyper market next door which is very useful. We will come back to this hotel every time we visit Doha and would highly recommend to others!

My stay at the Steigenberger Residence exceeded all my expectations. The food, spa, pool, and service was incredible. Especially the friendly staff who made our stay so enjoyable! A special thanks to Soltane, Badr, Esperanza and others who made our experience so lovely. We will definitely be coming back to stay here soon.

Fantastic hotel and really kind workers. The service was perfect and I haven't troubles with the parking place. The room was a studio with the opportunity to cook inside and full option such as washing machine. The payment and the booking were quick and easy.

Overall the residence is Steigenberger Doha was very good. We upgraded to a 3 bedroom deluxe which gave 2 bathrooms. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was included and had a good range of offerings although this remained essentially unchanged everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was straightforward. Restaurants in the hotel part of the Steigenberger were good quality but relatively expensive compared to the local eateries. It was handy to have a hypermarket next door. Location was closer to the airport side so took Ubers regularly to get to local attractions - they are very quick and cheap. Our only disappointment was the lack of amenities in the residence kitchen of our room. No washing up things like cloths or liquid, no dishwasher tablets, no tea towels and very limited cutlery. Water coffee and tea bags were provided. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel service for breakfast is not good comparing with high price for adult and kids. There is small glass in toilet which is not fit in suitable location and fall down and broken and they charge me for this class even though it in not good location and falling is expected and the price of this glass is very cheap compare with booked for two night with price of 2000 riyals Qater!!. Other hotels in case of unintentional happened, they don’t charge. Hotel should evaluate the case before they charge for such small things.

We celebrated my birthday at the Ballroom and booked 2 rooms and 2 apartments. Everything was perfect! The staff are very professional and courteous. Food is very delicious! The place was wonderful and clean!
