Гостиница стоит на дороге, соответсвенно вечер-ночь, спокойствия нет. Запах в номере химический, сказали, что это дезинфекция. Полотенца застиранные, но поменяли по первому требованию. Сантехника требует ремонта, в душевой кабине Вода уходила очень плохо. Висит записка от администрации, что не надо спускать бумагу в унитаз, понятно, что это первый показатель плохого состояния канализации. Утром, когда самые сборы на экскурсию, отключили свет, поэтому фен остался в воспоминаниях о цивильном отдыхе. Везде ковры, обои 90-х годов на стенах и панно с жуткими розами.

Бронировал 8 мая 2022 года через островок номер. Приехал в 14:02 для заселения(заселение с 14:00). Бронирование на островке было подтверждено. Я приехал с двумя детьми 3 и 6 лет. Моё удивление было нереальное. Мы вам не дозвонились и продали ваш номер. Как так?! Мы всегда так делаем, директор сказал - продавать, я и продала. Что за Гостиница, где могут в чужом городе просто оставить на улице без вариантов каких-то. Номеров нет - говорят. Я в шоке. Первый раз такое. Мне никто не звонил. Очень не доволен сервисом и гостиницей в общем. Не рекомендую. 4293119 Номер бронирования от 07 мая 2022 года, через приложение островок. Ещё и островок поставил - что я отменил бронирование. Супер 👏
