I checked in with my two small dogs and do not recommend this hotel at all. Hotel is rundown and staff not well trained. They are clueless about dogs. The check in took so long that my one dog fell asleep on the lobby floor 😂 30 mins to check in, no joke. I booked the all inclusive package. So during check in, I was told I should not ever leave my dogs unattended or alone in the room. OK, no issues. Then I was told where I'm allowed to sit and where not with my dogs. All the outlets for the for all inclusive package does not allow dogs!!! So where's the common sense guys!!!! Hardly any area to sit and eat with your dog.  There's one restaurant only (Grand Bleu) with a ton of flies and super slow staff. At first the staff didn't know if I'm allowed to sit there with my dogs or not!! The space where you can sit with your dogs dont have any shade!!!! The rest of the restaurants don't allow dogs. Yet, when I called before booking, I was reassured there are several outlets with outdoor seating that allow dogs! I was told the breakfast area has outdoor seating where I can sit with them, and upon check in I was informed that's not allowed and I need to eat in my room! Who the hell travels to a beach resort to eat breakfast in their room?? So I called to have the breakfast brought to my room and was then told to leave the dogs in the room and come to breakfast!!! Contradicting your own rules of not leaving dogs unattended in the room!! The second option was for someone to stay with them and then we take turns to go have breakfast. Who? My imaginary friend?? When you do order the breakfast to your room, it takes 1 hour to arrive! I emailed them a week ago to notify them that I'm coming with my 2 dogs. I got a reply on how they will roll out the red carpet etc and that they provide dog food etc. When I inquired about the dog food, it took nearly one hour for them to figure out if they even offer this or not! When I showed them their own email, they were even more confused. Then finally someone came to my room with... an empty dog bowl!!! Second time, with dry kibbles. This hotel is clueless about pet service!!!!! They don't provide any pet beds and luckily I brought my own. The room is so outdated with everything you lay your eyes on either cracked, rusted or stained. The room was also dirty upon check in. They sent someone to clean and the balcony was still dirty afterwards. Bird poop everywhere and balcony rails and windows so dirty. Room service is terrible. You pay AED 24 for a soft drink in a can and they can't bother to serve it in a glass with ice. You get tea without a spoon to stir. You ask for jam with your toast and get marmalade. You ask for bacon and get cold cut meat. Grand Bleu staff are painfully slow and untrained. You have to ask for cutlery and a napkin and it doesn't automatically come with your food! The adult only pool would be great if it didn't have any screaming children in there. The lifeguards aren't strict
