They don't charge the cover of the mattress which shows several dirty spots on it.No direction of qibla show. No water heater provided and they don't charge the television which is not working.

This is my third time staying here for a layover. The previous 2 stays were really good experiences for me but this time, I was given a room with luggage lift in the adjacent building. Room L01 (family room) was dirty! One of the queen beds stink! As if a child had peed on it and the sheet was not changed. The bathroom door knob was dangling off, the shower head not functioning, the toilet seat cover had fell off (it was left on the bathroom floor) and bedroom floor was sticky. After a nite stay, I requested for another room and was given L05. This one was clean and everything was good. Please….have a look at room L01 and repair the things that I highlighted here. I always stay here for a nite or two because if your location and facilities. Please take swift actions. Tqsm

Room smells, as well as the pillow and blankets. Luckily is just for few hours sleep. There are lots of better hotels in that location.

Book the room for my staff, and feedback from staff, the hotel is clean.

Staff were friendly. Amenities were poor. Air con was very loud. Sounded like wind in the room, no fridge or phone in the room. No shower curtain so the toilet would get wet

I have booked this hotel for my colleuqe who need to overnight during travelling to Miri, Sarawak. This hote is about 15 min drive from KLIA. Suite for transit people who need to fly from KLIA. The hotel is clean and comfortable worth with the price of 2 star hotel

For the price, you can get a better hotel nearby. Last minute booking. Overall just OK.

Very near to KLIA

one of the place with great service and near to the airport.

The last I stayed here was December last year. At that time I wasn’t happy with the overall service and condition of the room. This time however, I manage to get a good room without crack walls and also a kettle ready. The tv was working and had great channels. The bed was also good and comfy with clean toilets.
