Recepción amigable. Habitaciones con todo lo que prometen. También nos dieron un café de disolvente adicional cuando pedimos eso. Bueno, fuga de baño sobre nosotros. Esto se transmite, espero que se resuelva. ¡Buffet de desayuno era bueno! .....

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, lo que le permite descubrir esta hermosa ciudad. También puede perder el coche en el estacionamiento frente al hotel a un precio más elevado. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa para dos personas, y hemos visto cómo nos gustaba la cama y los besos. - El armario tenía un pendiente y no una plancha para ponerte ropa doblada. - El cuarto no tenía balcón, sólo una ventana que sólo podía abrir en el piso de la jaula. - La vista desde el cuarto no era maravillosa. Estamos viendo el estacionamiento. ¡A pesar de estos puntos de desventaja, nos hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia! El desayuno es muy amplio, hay algo de bueno entre todos, todo era fresco y parecía muy bien. También aquí, en la explicación, se hablaba de las hierbas blancas en salsa de tomate, pero lamentablemente no he encontrado esta gran decepción: ¡En general, este hotel es un recomendable si buscas una habitación cerca de la ciudad!

Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but sharing facts. Did not receive email prior to arrival with details so I had to call first and received email with front door code. Upon arrival we received no email with room nr. Check in was self service with iPad and activating a key, that’s where you find out what room you are in. Very small room for price and not what you see online, (overpriced difficult to move around in) squeeky AC making it difficult to sleep crackling every 20 seconds. Bathroom extremely small and cold, no central heating in room. Could not use restroom with door closed for leg space, roof is slanted and bathroom as well so you can’t stand fully in shower if you are tall. Loud / heavy doors so other visitors would wake you. Lots of stairs, no elevator. Cleanliness is okay but not spotless which you would expect. Bed cover had hole in it. There is a night shop located next door with some shady people hanging around at night which makes entering and using the code uncomfortable if you are a woman with child (like us) Centrally located. Bed was super comfortable. Bed was made after the first day which was nice. Overal would not stay again but it’s easy if you need a quick last minute central place to sleep if you are out and about during the day.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy agradable. Estas personas grandes nos mantuvieron un ojo cercano para asegurarnos de que no faltaba nada. In a nut shell: a very disappointing stay that I wouldn’t repeat. I had high expectations given the good reviews. I stayed solo in room 6 (suite, top floor, two flights of stairs) by myself for two nights as a birthday treat. Plus points Location excellent. Great terrace l. Bed and shower were great. TV size good. Toiletries fine. Minibar is free. tea and coffee making facilities in room. Staff approachable, friendly and but not very good at responding to a bit of negativity. For example, I was asked how I I slept and I was honest and said that I didn’t sleep well because of the heat. And was promptly asked If I had put the airco on. Well, of course I had but having that whirr on the whole night and breathing in airco air is not quite my idea of pleasant. My breakfast order of scrambled eggs without bacon (I am a vegetarian) came with bacon and when unmentioned it, the waitress said that she thought I wanted it and left, returning minutes later with the same plate minus the bacon but lots of grease instead. Terrible presentation of food! And a disappointing breakfast on my last day While I couldn’t hear the terraces and bars in my room for the most part, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for those who are looking for peace and quiet in the hotel room in the evening. After 10pm, everything was closed due to the current COVID rules but I have no idea how that would work out once the rules change. Minus points Room size misleading. I booked a suite thinking I could maybe work a little in the room, but the seating area is a small table and two chairs. Just enough space to fit a laptop and a cup of coffee. There were two very small windows in the living area so no view. It all felt a bit claustrophobic. I did ask them to check I was actually in a suite and was told that I was indeed in a suite; larger royal suites are across the road. I can only imagine how boxy the deluxe rooms are. Low beams mean that taller guests may have to stoop in the room. And the bathroom and toilet are open plan i.e. no door so no privacy. This might be an issue for some guests. Shame these points are not mentioned in the site. Also housekeeping store towels etc. in a sort of room right next to the suite, so you can hear everything they say to one another and any times the doors are unlocked and locked or someone comes up the stairs. Above room 6 there is also a room. I could hear people walking around around above me. Room was also warm which I expected given the weather. Although the air conditioning worked well, I don’t think it would be very healthy to keep it on all night. So, I didn’t but I woke up a few times in a sweat. Tip: call beforehand and ask questions on room location and room size before booking. I wish I had.
