This is the worst hotel I ever visited . In all non smoking room you feel like someone smoke . Lot of things are broken . Staff is very untrained and chewing tobacco all time. Service is terrible. They show good pictures of the room on website and give you dirty dark rooms . Overall bad property to stay if you traveling from overseas.

The google map location is wrong.
We went from East delhi to Okhla and back to east delhi because of this.
No one answers the call on reception even after multiple attempts and they keep talking to someone else if by mistake they pick up your call.
The rooms were dingy and we could hear other people talking in the other rooms as well.
Old and scrapped style almirahs, beds etc.
Not worth it at all for what you pay.
Horrible experience from parking to staying.

Food was really great … service was very nice Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 1 week we were in delhi . Jitendra yadav in staff became my true friend.

Excellent service here my first experience was here best, staff is good service quality was also good, pleasant a**osphere, nice and quality wise service here, room service also good, Room well maintained and cleaned Toilet well and cleaned. Thanksfull to jitendra yadav, ***ish divyansh

My Family stayed with me ,8 days. Food, stay, Hospitality was excellent. Mr Jitender Yadav in restaurant, served the best. Buffe contains puri bhaji, amulet, juices, chole bhature,savan, upma,idli, dosa, bread butter, milk of two types. Every meal was tasty.

The hotel is located in east delhi and the location is good. We stayed on room number 704 and 707. The pros and cons of the hotel is listed below 1) good location 2) aesthetically designed rooms 3) clean washrooms Cons 1) ineffective AC 2) they keep the reception AC switched off intentionally so that you don't wait their longer 3) very small rooms 4) washrooms have no exhaust 5) very limited food options 6) stained bed linens

Very cordial and homely people. Excellent service. Surely will visit again. Service person Jitendra Yadav Food quality was very good and tasty. Best of luck. Items provided in buffet were very good and a variety catering all sections of Indian visitors.
