Warm welcome from the moment we arrived. We were recommended to Fatih Apart Hotel by friends, and we are so glad we took there advice. We arrived at 10pm and were welcomed by Fatih the owner after a drink at the bar we were shown our room which was well appointed, very clean with a kitchen area bedroom and separate bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. The Apart Hotel itself is a small family run place which felt very welcoming there is a nice pool plenty of pool loungers, nice bar area with plenty of seating for food, which is cooked fresh to order by Rose Fatih's Mum who is a fantastic cook. The area of Dalyan is on the river called Dalyan Strait, you can get a river Taxi down to the beach or a bus which is very cheap, all the little bars and restaurants are all reasonably priced. Its a great place to visit myself and my wife will definitely be back very soon. Gary & Pat McCabe Cornwall

First time staying at this peaceful family run accommodation and could not fault it. Attention to detail and cleanliness are outstanding, warm welcome from mum Rose, and friendly staff. Excellent in-house restaurant-standard food and bar. Pool area is contemporary and immaculate, and a great relaxing space with variety of comfortable seating as well as sunbeds, and plenty of shade. Apartments are typically Turkish, lounge/kitchenette with nice sofas, bedrooms on the bijou side, great shower, well serviced and spotless. We spent happy times socialising with other guests at the bar listening to Fatih's stories and having 'one more', overall a lovely ambience. Already reserved for next year !

This place is just pristine clean, we were blown away last week with all the amenities. Thank you Rose, Fatih & there team. They all made our visit special. We over ate gorgeous food & drank too much because the vibe was right. You don’t have to stay here to use there restaurant either !!!

A lovely Turkish family run hotel 5/10 Minutes walk from Dalyan centre and a couple of minutes in a taxi. Suitable for singles, couples and families. A recently renovated modern bar and pool area - spotlessly clean with very comfortable sunbeds and seating areas. Plenty of umbrella shade for children and safe pool areas. Rooms with kitchette and balconies. 2 bedroom apartments lovely and spacious. An extensive bar menu - with branded drinks and very nice cocktails. Food amazing - everything freshly cooked and plenty to choose from. The owners are welcoming, friendly and very accommodating . No complaints and will definitely return

Another perfect stay at Fatih Apart Hotel which just gets better and more stylish every year. Perfect pool area with extremely comfortable beds, lovely bar area with perfect cocktails made with branded ingredients and perfect food - Roses kitchen is a must! Breakfast, lunch and Dinner - plenty of tasty choices - once you try there’s no need to eat out. Basic Clean rooms with balconies and kitchen area. Lovely staff. Can’t fault it.

We come to Fatih's every year because it is so lovely. This year (2023) was especially special. My sister got married, Fatih and the family couldnt do enough to make her and her new husband's day that extra special, anything we asked was sorted, they will do anything to make your holiday stress free. We love coming back here year on year. Really clean and friendly, the food is freshly cooked by Rose and is amazing. We've literally just booked again for 2024 and we can't wait.

Just perfect, lovely, lovely staff couldn't be looked after any better. All food fresh and cooked beautifully by Rose. Fell in love with family run hotel, so friendly and clean and picturesque. Short walk from town centre or £3 taxi ride if too hot to walk!

This hotel is fantastic. Fathi, his family and all the staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. After a very disappointing start to our holiday, fathi came to the rescue and made sure me and my family enjoyed our first visit to Dalyan. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody that is planning a stay in Dalyan. Thank you Fathi.

This small, intimate hotel was a fabulous place to spend a week. The pool was clean and a good size. There were always sun beds available. The hotel was spotless. The seating around the bar was very comfortable. Both times we ate in the evening, the food was tasty. Fatih was friendly and efficient running the bar. Fatih and his family took great pride in their hotel making it a special place to stay. A flat, easy 10/15 minute walk into Dalyan. Would we return? Definitely!
