Staff has a language barrier, can't fully understand and communicate in English that causes some misunderstanding. Breakfast served ihas limited choice, it looked cheap. The location of hotel is good. We are able to view the fireworks from rooftop.

Very good location, 10 minute walk to the beach and the centre and close to the good food spots. Lovely infinity pool and very yummy buffet breakfast included in the price - however they don’t tend to refill the buffet so go down early if you want a full range. Reception was lovely and would give you bottled water on request as they only give you 330ml in the room.

Nice room, quite big and with all what you might need. For me, the location isn't the best, you need to take a Grab to go anywhere. But at least it is 10min away by foot from the beach. The receptionists weren't very helpful, they do speak English but lack of hospitality. I asked help several times to find a bus, which bus application is used in Da Nang, etc. but their only answer was "I don't know bus".. Well, if you don't know maybe you can try to find it?? I'm surely not the first guest wondering. Some touristic explanations would have been great too. The rooftop is definitely a plus: you should go at night cause it's very busy in the morning. Amazing view. The included breakfast is completely useless, tastes very bad, cheap quality. No fresh juices nor good coffee.

Location is perfect. Around hotel, many good restraurents are there, Italian, Indian, Thai, Kebab, of couse local also. Their service is kind, but it is all. Infinity pool is on roof top, good for rest, but not for swiming. Breafast is good I keep them in my list. I will pick them for next.

It's in the middle of town and close to the beach. It has convenient shops close by,motor bike rental shops,restaurants and bars close by and a roof top infinity pool. The breakfast was for free and it was nice. The stuff is great too. Enjoyed our stay there.

This is a nice hotel located in the city. It is not too far from the beach and the dragon bridge. The price is not too expensive but you will have a nice time here.

Great place to stay. Excellent location near the beach & restaurants. Pool on roof, great views. Rooms a little older looking but, who stays in their room on vacation? Buffet not the greatest but, u get what u pay 4! Totally recommend staying here!

Hotel is quite old, reception and the room look like they are from the 80th. But the room is clean , have towels and everything you need. The bed was comfy and soft. The pool has only 2 sunbeds , so you can't spend much time there. Also the roof top bar almost never works, so it's even better- save money and buy beer from the shop hahah

We were originally put in a room on the 5th floor surrounded by at least 3 (Chinese?) families. It was like Hell on earth! They yelled loudly, left their doors open to communicate They would wake at 5 am every day and start yelling, toddlers were shrieking, babies were crying, adults were yelling. They would knock on each other's doors and slam them loudly starting at 5 am every day. We spoke to another guest on the same floor who said he had already complained about their behaviour. The staff contacted them and it did nothing to change their behaviour. They should have been kicked out of the hotel. The entire group, (about 15 to 20 people) would get in to the pool fully clothed in the clothes they had been wearing all day and then return to their room leaving the elevator floor and corridor soaked. They were so disrespectful I could not believe it. I also complained to the reception staff and was told the people concerned could not be moved as they were a group. We were offered a room on a lower floor. This hotel really needs to rethink its management policy and put their guests before profit.

Great location, many good restaurants and cafes in the area. Walking distance to the beach. We arrived to breakfast at 7am and most of the hot food was gone. So I had toast and jam. They didn't have eggs at all one morning, very average but can't complain for the price we paid. It was the only hotel that didn't let us check in early, and we had to ask to get our rooms made up or they didn't do. Was there 3 nights and not once was the pool area cleaned, dirty ashtrays and rubbish, I ended up tidying it myself, no pool towels at all were provided either. Room was very comfortable. Staff were helpful

Staff are friendly, room is nice and clean, spacious bathroom and shower. Towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, earbuds and a razor were provided, as well as shampoo and body wash. Aircon in the room is good!

My room is spacious and has balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel there is a really good Vietnamese restaurant. The only thing is breakfast. There is no refill so wake up early :)))

I got a free upgrade when arriving so enjoyed amazing city views from the 11th floor. The rooftop pool was amazing and I really liked the staff, very helpful. Perfect location close to the beach and lots of coffee shops/restaurants, would 100% recommend to solo travellers
